If you really like the character , you wouldn't subject him to such bad storytelling. You know they would kill him off in the first episode, three minutes in.
I'm sorry, Season 2 right now has Jaded me so bad, and people have the nerve to tell me its good.

Season 2 was bad... But Telltale still has a chance not to fuck up the series. They're capable of better

Yes! Now that Kenny is dead we need a new character who is going to ruin Season 3. Nate is just as annoying so he'll do the trick.

What was the point in saving Shawn? What was the point in bringing Lilly in the van or leaving her on the road? What was the point of taking the food from the car or leaving it there? Oh no! How dare I talk such bad on season 1?!?!

You've got my vote. Nate's too interesting of a character to ignore, I think he could save season 3 easily.
I liked Nate, but if he comes back, I'd only want it to be some kind of cameo. He worked well in his own little story, but milking him for something bigger might ruin his terrifying roguishness.
Though I would like to learn what all that mess was about Eddie murdering his friend.
I think this was the most pointless choice in the entire game.
Agreed it was like that choice in No Going Back where your relationship with Bonnie is affected for two cut scenes.
