I ship Molly and Nate to the max
I could ship that in blackrom. But I could ship Nate with anyone in blackrom probably. And him and Russell in the pale quadrant, but it would be a horribly unhealthy moirallegiance I'm sure.
As for characters I want to see returning...It might be best if nobody did. But I'd want Mike, Arvo, (And not because I want Clem to murder them brutally or whatever.) Nate, Molly, Russell, and Lilly. Didn't include Bonnie because if she didn't die in the lake I'm sure she'll have died offscreen by the time S3 gets here.

Mike, Bonnie and Arvo are the only characters I want to return, any other character would be a huge stretch, maybe the 400 Days characters, they're still a stretch, but a smaller one.

(1.)Christa -i want to know what happened after i tried to save her & i dont want to have lost her AND Omid
(2.) Lilly -i left her on the side of the road and for all i care only her corpse has to reappear but i wanna know what happened
(3.)Molly -this girl was the character i would want to have beside me in a ZA because she can fight
(4.)Nate - he was a psycho and i wanna see him with a bandit crew at least. p.s That walker was a total 10
(5,6,7.)Bonnie, Mike and Arvo -i want to know what happened to them after i was shot
(8.)Anna Correa (possibly her baby) -if people are confused about the last name, they're probably not but if they are this was the woman who killed the doctor in Crawford, i want to hear the rest of her story because if she isnt dead i want to hear how SHE got out of the city and if she kept the baby
Christa - I want to know if she escaped and what become of her baby
Lily - It'd be interesting to see how she'd be after being abandoned/or escaped
Eddie - He's a fun guy and would be a good companion
Molly - She's too badass to die
Kenny/Jane - They'll probably be around for an Episode or two, but I liked both
Shel - The most likable character of 400 Days
Luke - Call me in denial, but I really hope be pulled a Kenny

Clementine, Kenny, Lilly, Molly, Christa, Vince, Nate and Lee (as a dream, again, or hallucination).
I thought that it was pretty clear that Christa died? At least for me it was,but maybe she is alive who knows,would love to see her. I really liked Molly and Lilly,liked her so much I can even forgive what she did,for real. I can see that a lot of people want to see her (even if dead) and I always tought I was the only one who really liked her. But I don't think Molly or Lilly would come back all the way from season one. Besides them I don't think there's anyone alive that I would like to see.
Season 1 Kenny. He technically had the same shirt as Nick but with a few differences however.

1) Mike, someone needs to answer for what he's done.
2) Arvo, someone needs to be shot in his good knee and fed to walkers for what he's done.
3) Lilly. We need closure and she could come back as the games version of Merle, only more part of the group.
4) Vince, I liked him
5) Wyatt, he also has potential.
6) Shel, It'd be good to see someone else of a moral middle ground.
7) Nate. Too crazy to be wasted.
8) Russel, and yes mostly because I do feel all the 400 days guys were wasted.
Lilly and Kenny for a proper conflict/ or forgiveness storyline/ Christa maybe,or a completely new set of characters.
