I kinda missed an "epic badass" scene in Season 2

edited January 2015 in The Walking Dead

Much like Lee's last stand on his way to the Marsh House, especially with the epic, emotional music going on. It could've been similar if they added that piano version of "My Darling Clementine" that was in the Vine preview in the scene in which Clem is wandering alone in the snow storm looking for Jane and Kenny. Also there was a Kenny scene in episode 4 in which he and Mike (determinant) buy time for Rebecca and the others to go to the observation deck that could've made an awesome badass scene as well, with Kenny in slow motion walking towards the walkers with Mike by his side (kind of resembling Lee in a way too). Who else would've liked something like Lee's last stand in Season 2?

  • I've got to admit, I was sad Clementine didn't get one final epic badass moment, more so after that badass moment we had of her in the herd at the end of Episode 3 and a bit of the start of Episode 4. It would've been cool seeing her whoop some butt in the finale.

  • Clementine alone with Lee's Badass Theme (my iPad won't post videos so I'll just give the link):

A scene where she has to kick down 10 doors in a row to reach the group and save them

I'm really glad we didn't get one. Can't stand "badass" Clementine.

  • The developers said that they deliberately wanted Clem to be a powerless child in the final confrontation, hence why no matter what happens either Jane or Kenny must die.

  • I don't think the badass scene would have fit here, but we did get the "Clem walking through the snowstorm" which matched her character well.

I wish Ben, Sarah and Clementine were alive in S3, imagine what they would get into. Oh well i would prefer they drop Clementine's story at this point and move on with a new story.
