  • I expect a new protagonist or I probably won't buy.

  • they need to put the writers back from season 1 into season 3, that's the thing that fucked up season 2 was there writers and I know we've all heard this before but still, they had 4-5 different writers thinking different things each episode.. and the Amid The Ruins writers, ugh...

    BETTER WRITERS PL0X

  • Yeahhh... me toooo

  • If there is a Season Three, then I want longer episodes, more puzzles, more character development, less plot holes and last but by no means least Clementine has got to be the playable protagonist again.
That last one though hardly needs stating really as telltale would be shooting themselves in the foot if they did otherwise.

  • S3 IS CONFIRMED

  • I don't see why people think that writters fucked up. I thought they were actually very good and I played to TWDG season 2 like twenty times, because I love so much the lines.

  • The only episode I thought had shitty writing was Amid the Ruins, all the other episodes had great writing. So I guess out of all the options, I would say Clem being the protagonist, but I would also love to explore the environment more.

  • Better writters? :P

    That was EZ

  • People had too big expectations after S1 and look how it went.

  • i thought i was the only one who noticed the irony.

  • All I really want is a factions mode like in the Fallout or S.T.A.L.K.E.R series. As you help different sets of groups with there own set of goals with no faction being completely good or completely evil. Its all gray, as Clem must determine what is best for her and what person she may become.

  • IMO episodes 4 and 5 are the worst...

  • Can I vote at all?

  • While that would be nice, it's not going to happen. The only guy who wrote Season 1 and is still at Telltale is Mark Darin, Vanaman left and Whitta never worked for Telltale. Now Darin was involved in Season 2, he helped write the interactive story for All That Remains and Amid the Ruins (yep, he was involved in that monstrosity). But I agree that we can't have 5 writers like we did in Season 2, it should be a much shorter staff, like 1-3 people being the main writers who are dedicated fully to this project. No more having people write for multiple games, no more calling in people that don't work for the company to write episodes, we need a staff of dedicated writers.

If I had to give my opinion on who those people should be, it would be Nick Breckon as head writer along with Pierre Shorette and Mark Darin. These guys are great writers and Nick is fully dedicated to this project as it is. This would be a great writing team to write Season 3.

  • Yeah, I know that won't happen but I liked your idea of bringing in those 3, because 1. Like you stated they are dedicated especially Nick, and two they have written for TWD before.

Even if shit hits the fan in season 3 with the writers, I think if they had those 3 there it wouldn't be as bad as Amid The Ruins.... This might be a longshot, but I think what Telltale staff need to do is get some amazing fans of TWD that were both cause sadness in the Kenny v Jane ending, doesn't personally hate anyone in the script so that they don't force things for you to do or not make you interact with that character at all and let them give some ideas to the writers, that way people that have no problem with certain characters will be fine.. Obviously if someone was acting like a Larry or something then there will be different dialogue options between them but yeah..

I hope you're understanding what I'm trying to say here, I know I didn't explain it that well mainly because it's 4:30 in the morning and I'm drinking grapefruit raro out of a powerade bottle. But yeah. Have a good one :)

  • Now, that's an idea.. I like that! A lot actually take my like.

  • There better be a season 3 and soon. These long waits make me sorry i started playing these games

  • I don't know if I'll be playing any more TWDG. S1 was perfect, but playing S2 almost made me feel like I was robbed, it's still some way to go for S3 to arrive so I'll probably end up giving it a shot .

  • My expectations are low but I don't want Clem as the protagonist because then at least she won't have the personality of cardboard.
