Kenny had problems with Lilly and now had problems with Jane - both are women. At the first season, Kenny also made a racist comment to Lee at the barn on Starved For Help (when he said that Lee knew how to pick a lock because he was "urban"). I think that Telltale wanted to create Kenny as an interior guy, the one that claims to be in charge all the time and uses more the power than the brain. Looking by this point, we could never have stopped that fight.
Many people kept talking about how badass she is until she did this. Although honestly people hating a character just shows how much of an impact that character gives.

So when the apocalypse starts, people automatically forget how to mature ? How does that work ? Maybe you mean that it's very tough to do that in the apocalypse, but that's it, it's very tough, not impossible.
Also, yeah we don't know how he would take the family, but the fact that they have a kid with them? That makes it a lot more likely that Kenny would let his guard down.
Yeah. It just seems very in character for Kenny. He seems to have more trust if children are involved. He immediately took to AJ. He took to Lee -largely- because of how Lee was protective of Clementine (even if you don't give him food, he still is happy if you give food to the children). Let's just say I would not be surprised if Kenny either trusted the family or was easily convinced to give them a chance, -entirely- based on the fact that they had a child with them. Even if they had a gun (which, in the zombie apocalypse, is pretty much a necessity).
A lot of the drama was added for simply drama. Everyone disapproves of how Kenny treats Arvo just so there's another reason for the group to fight. The same with Jane bringing up that the should go back to Howes...and how quicklu jane was to believe arvo about the supplies...when they already had a plan.

I thought she was useful but I hated her mentality.
Lol, because mental illnesses are childish and a choice.
No, learn about these damn problems.
Yeah because the majority of women we will run into in our lives are bodybuilders.
Possible I guess.
Some men could live where strong women are common. Just like how not every man is better than a woman.

well... I'm pretty sure he didn't have the gun when he was fighting Jane. But still a good point.
