I agree with you on Roman and Danny. I don't really think Roman was a villain at all, just was the unfortunate leader of a bad situation. Li… moreke so many others had to be in TWD universe. Danny is definitely shady, but not necessarily a villain. I chose to leave him behind because he didn't see anything wrong in raping that girl, statutory or not.
Nate I completely disagree with. He might have cared somewhat for Russel, but he was still insane. Murdering that old man put him in that "bad guy" category for me.
I never said he did not care for Russell. I don't think the situation justified Nate shooting the old man, at least for me. I think when it comes down to it Nate is just too mentally unstable for me to want to be around him.

Not at all. Carver and Luke have a history and wouldn't get along. Carver is the reason Kenny lost his eye, so Kenny doesn't like him. The S… moretranger kidnapped Clementine so Lee and Christa don't like him. Both Troy and Carver have hit or threatened Clementine, which would probably get Lee angry at them. I just don't see them getting along.
I think the antagonist group falls apart when Carver gets killed. The stranger dies because he's useless anyway, Troy fights with Carver unt… moreil the end. Nate runs away after Carver dies and doesn't care about pursuing the group. Danny doesn't really fight in the first place but makes an inappropriate advance at one of the girls. You have the choice to kill him for it, or let him go. Roman surrenders and apologizes, saying he was only with him because he had no other way of surviving. You can either allow him to join Lee, let him go, or kill him anyway.

I'd personally see Danny defecting over to group 1 (and no, not just because there's girls in it)
He just doesn't strike me as the kind of dude that would roll with the kinds of people in group 2
He'd be all like "shit man this ain't right"
But Nate and Roman? There is no reason they should be on the villains list they are Mother Theresa compared to Carver and I don't think they would so willingly follow along like sheep in a sausage fest of a group. I couldn't see any reason they would alliegn them selves with Carver.
Did he really? I mean, our only source of that is Justin saying it, the guy that's a self-proclaimed "good liar" and a guy that seems pretty willing to toss people under the bus if it benefits him. We really don't know anything about his crime other than an already unreliable dude dropping hints about it.
If you let Danny come with you, he will die anyway as at the end of 400 days where you play as Tavia, Russell says to Vince "That guy Danny was an asshole, you should be glad he got killed before Shel and Becca joined us," Becca then asks why, Russell then says "nothing, never mind." I think this gives us a hint about the kind of guy he is and what his intentions were.

But Lee showed regret throughout the season about him killing the senator and gave hints that he never meant to kill him. Danny denied what he did every chance he had in 400 Days, and knowing Lee's protective nature of Clem, even if Danny didn't do it, he wouldn't want Clem anywhere near him.
The group didn't treat him any different after knowing. I think if Lee expected others to be understanding about hid nature he should treat Danny fairly. What you did then "doesn't have to make you a bad man"

What about Nate and Danny?
I don't think Lee or Kenny would be comfortable with Danny being around Clementine, and Nate is very unpredictable.
What would be wrong with Danny being around Clem?
That whole being a convicted rapist with a minor thing.
The Stranger isn't that useless.
He is funny though and livens up the whole apocalypse thing.
I wouldn't call him funny, but he's definitely an interesting character.

He raped a girl so he does fit in with those guys.
Agreed. He got all those supplies and food for his family. He's not useless.

Danny apparently was guilty, that is what someone told me.
Yay I was right.
I'm guessing the guy who never got shot and was shooting everyone is Lee
Yes but Lee was a convicted murderer. I'd like to think he'd at least give Danny a fair shake
