It's an easy choice for me, I was going to stay at the lodge, I wanted there to be an option to go around and tell everyone in the cabin group that "I'm staying here when you leave tomorrow" I would've loved to have seen their reactions, to see who would've backed my decision, and see who would've been a jerk.
The Cabin group because I'm not a Kenny fan. For me Kenny died in season 1. I am not pleased that he got to live on for 5+ more episodes when everyone else (with the exception of Clem ofcourse) including Lee got 5 or less and the game seemed to play in his favor. (Christa being AWOL, Luke being his main competition and therefore getting killed off so we couldn't choose to go with him, Mike and Bonnie abandoning us so we couldn't choose to go with them either, Kenny heading to Wellington just like Clem planned to with Christa, Kenny getting the better endings.)
I would have picked Luke, Mike, Bonnie, Christa and even Molly if she had appeared over Kenny ANY DAY. Instead I got stuck with Jane. =/
Difficult question... I'll put it this way - in my first playthrough I'd be so happy about Kenny's return and because of that I'd probably chose him over cabin group. Kenny was never nice to me after what i did wrong in season 1 (in his opinion ofc) but when he came back I had a smile on my face. I don't know why. xd
Don't forget that Kenny was set on making them leave before Walter's discovery, which I was immediately dismissive of at the time. I get the feeling this would happen anyway... Kenny would just use the discovery as ammunition.
I would make the decision to go, which would make Kenny backtrack immediately. He wouldn't want Clem to go as well after all. The cabin group stays. All is well

I didn't know what he had been through after season 1 events and he could've become a cold and evil man, perhaps even insane. But the ski lodge would be safer and more comfortable for Clem, plus she would now be with someone she knows well and that remind her of Lee.

Because they're my favourite characters in Season 2 and I had decided at the time if there was a choice I would go with the… more Cabin Group because I wouldn't just leave the people that had become friends with Clementine despite having such a bad start. Also I never trusted Kenny and didn't like him that much in episode 2.

I'd stay with Kenny.
Kenny was a good guy, and he and my Lee were pals in season 1.

Clementine uses herself as leverage lol. I could see that working, it would be awkward, but possible I guess.
