When confronted with the stranger, Lee has an unused option to tell about Lilly.
Lee being able to talk about Lilly to the stranger is available, it's just based very specifically on what you do. You need to side with Kenny entirely, kill Larry, save Ben, leave Lilly behind (not fully sure about this one), and save Doug (not fully sure about this one either) in order to get it to appear as a choice. I managed to get it to appear in a recent playthrough with all of the above choices.
Mentioning Carley is present in the voice lines, too, but I think that one might actually be unused.

"A woman named Lilly. The first few months with her were good. She just wanted to keep her dad safe and... I wasn't really there for her when she needed me."
Funnily enough, Kenny is the only option where Lee doesn't go into any detail about it. He just says "A guy named Kenny."
It's about what you'd expect.

Damn, glad I wasn't haunted by Doug in my game.
I've heard the audio for both characters, Carley's is way more creepier.
R.I.P. Nick Stokes, the unused character.
Which video is it?
If it's not that one, there are SO many more. Like 20 parts of unused lines.
Does anyone have a pic of what Bonnie originally looked like?

Apparently it's still in the game files. Someone will find it eventually.
I've seen it before, but the guy didn't pick it.

You can also not say anything about your wife who is known as Sam in the files.
I believe it's the senator who's known as Sam.
Nope that's Hans.
Wow, I hate them both a lot more now even though this didn't happen. Seriously though, that's creepy and evil, thanks.
Wait... Hans...
