For the women:
1. Eleana, looks and personality wise, this one is the winner imho.
2. Margaery, she is better looking, but as we know she can be quite manipulative. So can Eleana i suppose, but we haven't seen it yet.
3. Mira, i wanted to place her higher, but going just by the looks i think she can't compete with the former 2 mentioned.
4. Sera
5. Talia. Yes young women can be called beautiful without being a perv.
Dishonorable mention:

As for men, I'd say Rodrik's the best combo of good looks and manliness. The scars just add to that.
