Nope. The main antagonist will have to be a bit more interesting than creepers. I have a feeling that creepers and other mobs will have the same purpose as walkers in TWD: just a backdrop for more dangerous villains. Notice that in the Walking Dead, most problems are caused by other humans e.g the Governor laying siege to the prison group and driving the group out, or the Stranger kidnapping Clementine. The walkers are just part of the background, a minor threat compared to actual people.
