Purchases gone after updating app

Purchased the multi-pack yesterday, and like a lot of people it seems, I had trouble downloading chapter 2.

I noticed my app wasn't up-to-date so I first tried to update but nothing would happen. So I outright deleted it, now it's updated but none of my purchases are there even though I've been billed.

Anyone have a similar issue?

    I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. If you have re-downloaded the game application, and you are not seeing your previous purchases in-app, please try opening the app, and go to the Episodes menu from the main menu. Then inside there, you should see a 'Restore Purchases' button. Please tap that while connected to a WiFi network, and your previous purchases should be restored.
