Having the same problem as the previous few comments, in that not downloading the demo version first has made the game unplayable. Only diff… moreerence being that I am in Australia. Will attempt to remedy the issue by creating another PSN account. This issue has certainly not been fun.

You will need to download and install the Unlock Key (1.2mb size file), and the Episode 1: Iron From Ice Demo/Trial version. Once you have downloaded and installed both, the Full Game will unlock, and you will be able to play.

Need to download the demo first for the damn thing to work, thing is if you download the game unlock first, it hides the demo. Most annoying thing ever. I got around it by downloading the demo on another account.

Can you please clarify if you are able to log into your Playstation account on a computer on the Playstation Store website, and are able to search for 'Game of Thrones' and see the Demo/Trial version of the game, or does it not show up there either?

The Timed Trial of Game of Thrones is Free, and does not cost anything to download. You will still need to go through the purchase path to purchase the free item, and afterwards, you will be able to select your PS3, and remotely download it to your console.

Ok I think i got it working now. I had to "purchase" the timed trial and game unlock via PS store website. I cannot see any GoT telltale content in PS store when viewing it via PS3 so this caused some confusion. It seems to be working now so thank you and have a nice evening!

What about for Australia? It might be governed by EU store but shouldn't it be available for everyone anyway? Thank you for your patient replies and everything, but Telltale needs to fix this problem. Its February and this is still happening. I just hope this can be properly fixed. If I had known this I would not have purchased the game.
My apologies, Sony has updated the German Playstation Store so that both Episode 1, and the Demo are now available to download. You should n… moreow be able to log into the same account you have purchased the game on, and download both the Demo/Trial version of the game, and the Unlock Key, and the Full Game (Episode 1) will unlock.
The Australian Playstation Store is part of the EU region as a whole, and the issue should have also been resolved. Can you please clarify if you are unable to find either Episode 1, or the Unlock Key in the Australian Playstation Store?

Creating a second PSN account worked. Downloaded the Demo and logged back into main account to find everything as it should be.
