I think it is best just to take most all rumors you see with a very large grain of salt. At this point in the show if they are going to kill off Daryl Dixon I can guarantee you that it won't be by him hanging himself.

It is very possible that Glenn could be the one to die but it is also highly possible it could be someone else. There are about four or five people currently in their group who either weren't in the comics at all or were dead by this point in the comics. So they have a lot of options. It also wouldn't surprise me if Maggie gets killed instead of Glenn and they use her death to help develop Glenn's character just like they used Glenn's death to help develop Maggie in the comic universe.
You could say that they wouldn't kill a female character in that fashion but if they are willing to kill an eleven year old girl execution style anything is possible.

To be honest with them having Judith live I don't think they will be bringing in another baby into the show. In fact the tv show universe Maggie isn't the motherly type figure that the comic Maggie is (comic Maggie has more of a Beth type of personality). Also I believe they talked about kids way back in season 3 and they both agreed they wouldn't be having them.
I agree if Maggie gets pregnant like she did in the comics they likely won't be killing her off. But I don't see them doing that with the tv show Maggie.
