Places in Tennessee to make a living in the WD World

To all Walking Dead enthuses, this is just for fun.

I was wondering hypothetically speaking, what would be some good areas in Tennessee for survivors.
No major cities, that much is for certain. Towns, national parks near areas with good resources to make a living.

Can you my fellow forum viewers give suggestions, and anything your creative minds can come up with but be realistic.

    Does it have to strictly be in Tennessee?
    Or can users use whatever state they come from?

    I was hoping only Tennessee, but I suppose whatever state could work. I just had that state in mind. Don't get me wrong, other ideas from other states are welcome.
