Is Danny St. John the most evil villain in the VG series

The St. Johns were bad but Danny imo was by far the worst. He took the most pleasure in eating people and had a sexual desire for his gun. He thought killing, eating and possibly raping the group was all a game. I think he even tops Carver and The Stranger

He was definitely the creepiest villain from the whole game, there's no doubt about that, like you said, the way he talked about his gun and how he had no remorse in eating people at all really shows how twisted he is. But for the most evil, I'd still have to go with Carver, but Danny is definitely up there.

  • I still think Danny is worse. Carver at least tried to give a reason for what he did a very ridiculous, delusional one but still a reason and in his crazy ness thought he was right. Danny knew what he did was wrong and didn't try to explain or justify it it was all pleasure for him and what Danny did to people surpasses whatever Carver did to hurt people

  • Clementine or Danny imo are probably one of the most "evil" people, If Danny really did sexually abuse a girl , he is a rapist pos, Clementine gets to choose who lives, and who dies, she is ending someone's existence, she has been the cause of multiple people losing their lives, indirectly or directly.

"Not my fault." is not a acceptable answer, that would be like me saying, if my five year old nephew came over my house and got a hold of one of my guns. Then shot himself with it, it would be my fault because it is still my gun. Clementine never owns her mistakes.

WHY R U MAD AT ME KENNY I DONT GET IT

I cut your girlfriends ARM OFF in the middle of a Herd... BUT FOR GOOD REASONS, i thought she would be ok?? LOL

I mean seriously? Then people actually get mad at Kenny for Blowing up at CLementine for 10 seconds, which imo is so freaking funny. These people probably never got yelled at as a kid.

He actually yells at you regardless if you cut off her arm or not. If you don't cut it (like me) Sarita is with him in her dying hours so he forces you to look at her while telling you it's your fault. That's completely fucked up and how you think it's funny that people are mad at him because of that is beyond me.

I do think its funny that people get so mad at Kenny for yelling at Clementine. Who cares??? These people act like they never been yelled at. I don't see it as a big deal. He ruined the friendship with a thirty second speech, are people seriously that petty? People have to learn how to deal with people in life, acting like a scolded child, doesn't get you anywhere.

People need to stop being the victim, and talking trying to justify how nothing is their fault, and just accept responsibility.

What? How is that even Clem's fault if she doesn't cut off Sarita's arm?

  • Are you high, bro?

    You're high.

I don't recall Clementine breaking someone's fingers. Or shooting Omid in the chest. Or bashing little girls' faces. Or blowing a guy's brains out. Or eating people.

  • Well she can blow Lee and Kenny's brains out depending on your choices.

  • Ugh that sounds horrible when you say it like that

Well she can blow Lee and Kenny's brains out depending on your choices.

  • Lee was going to end up a miserable mindless husk, Kenny was a murderer. I'm thinking more along the lines of Carver blowing out a tied-up man's brains, throwing a one-armed man off a roof, brutalizing three men (Carlos, Alvin and Kenny) at gunpoint, and other cowardly acts.

I think the folks who really think abusers and tyrants deserve more sympathy than little children really oughta take a step back and re-read what they're saying.

  • Well it is true. While Lee's was a mercy kill and to prevent him from becoming a walker, she can actually murder Kenny after he stabs Jane. It sounds horrible, yes, but it's the truth.

  • The thing that pisses me off about Clementine is that she killed two people she was close to but can't kill a selfish bitch that nearly ruined the group, but a baby at danger of walkers and antagonized an already unstable person (Jane), someone who disrespected and under estimated her at Carver's camp, advocated for her to be in danger and stole her shit (Mike) and Carver which you've already said. It just pisses me off that I can't make her do the right sensible thing. I felt no control over Clementine whatsoever which is something I did feel with Lee and Bigby

Context is important here. Clem kills him in a fit of rage seconds after he killed someone right in front of her. It says something about her lack of blood-lust that, no matter how angry she gets, she doesn't consider shooting Jane even after she kills Kenny.

As for Mike? "Disrespecting/underestimating" her is actually just being a plain old sensible person who knew he was more competent than a little child. It's KENNY who was advocating for her to be in danger back in Episode 3.

  • I will say Danny. The Stranger was really creepy with carrying his wife's head in a bowling bag but who the hell starts eating people three months in to the Z.A.? That was a tough choice.

  • Mike didn't care about her safety he was insulting her. He just didn't want to get caught. I don't know why people are saying Mike gave a fuck

I think he meant as that Kenny was sad and angry that Sarita died, and just took it out on Clem. Yes, what he said was wrong and he shouldn't have done that. But I think that's grieves. You could say that everybody else lost someone, and they didn't act like that. That's true, but everybody has a different way of grieving. Kenny's way seems to be getting angry about it. While let's just say Clem's way is just wanting to be left alone. Same goes for Bonnie.

    That's just me.

  • A pedohillic, gun-loving (and I mean loving), cannibalistic murderer. Yup, he's the evilest person in the game. I can't think of one good thing he did.

She done other things, but its more about the people that did cut off her arm. Its like the when people started to hate bonnie because she "yelled" at them. You might as well get those people a bottle LOL.

  • You do realize there's a difference between killing and straight up murder right?

Nah, maybe in a sociopath's mind there isn't a difference but in the real world a clear difference can be seen between the two.

Murder is the unlawful act of killing another human being with purposely with full intent for the sake of killing or for one's own selfish desires and is one of the worst acts one can possibly commit.

Killing, on the other hand can be accidental or done in self defense in which in that case does not count as murder.

The fact you can't differentiate the two and you describe the act as if it's no big deal is actually disturbing.

    No there's no difference.

  • Either way you killed someone. The end result is the same...

  • I know. I was just explaing to you there is a difference between the two based on the act of it since your original comment stated that murder was "no big deal" and there was no difference.

Either way you killed someone. The end result is the same...

  • That whole family was sick.
For someone to sink to cannibalism, even in a survival situation, is still disgusting.
There is no excuse for such sick behavior.

imo he was the creepiest guy in the game. being around him was uncomfortable, and it would be more if we played as Clementine at that time! he had his 'secret's like being cannibal, rapist i don't know. the telltale could have made it way more creepier and make him a better villian if we got to stick longer, they seem tu rush very fast through the characters and events :/

  • there's no difference.

    Umm, what?

So Clementine 'murders' Lee if he asks her to shoot him?

    What.

    No there's no difference.
