S2 E4 Eddie -_-
I understand that the images for each episode are misleading, But why in the absolute hell, Out of any other character, Would Eddie be in the episode 4 picture, I really loved his character and when episode 4 came out I was pumped up, Then...No Eddie, Nick died on a fence, Sarah has 2 deaths in the same episode, And a wild Arvo appeared, I actually liked the episode overall, But why tease everyone with Eddie of all people, Trolltale strikes again, Still have to love 'em though, Hopefully season 3 has more...Episode accurate pictures like season 1 (Beside episode 4's with everyone in the sewer, Maybe it's a trend?)

I know, I would've loved to have seen Eddie too ;_; I really liked his character in 400 Days; he was so funny and I got disappointed he didn't even show up. I reaaaaally hope he is in Season 3 and that Clem comes across the guy.
#EddieForSeason3PleaseT.T
Maybe it's a sign that he will return in Season 3? I'd like him to return. I liked his comic relief character.
@ComingSoon
Man you feel me in so many ways...I was so pissed off, he had plenty of potential, same as Nate. Let's hope he shows up in Season 3, lmao
Sounds like you're reaching for something to complain about.
Its probable that the 400 days characters who didn't make S2 will appear later in the game.
Trying to cram everyone into a 9 hour season would've probably been terrible on the story.
R.I.P. Eddie
Cause of death: new plot
They should have replaced Arvo and the Russians completely with all of the 400 days characters.
Shame that it was determinant on who would go with Tavia or not, I should have taken that as a sign that they might not have big roles but I didn't think of that at the time.
Writers happened.
Nah more like
Cause of Death: Long fall into plot hole a long with Nate
It was blacked out. People weren't supposed to figure out it was Eddie. It shouldn't have mattered.
It was a blacked out placeholder, Maybe they should have blacked it out more.
Also I still dont get why everyone likes Eddie so much, he was just an annoying stoner to me with a few one liners
At this point I think it's rather doubtfull than any 400 Days character could make an appearance in the game beyond maybe some ne line long cameo.
I didn't notice that until about a week ago. It is strange tho. Yes, what happens is a little different than the thumnail, but the people seen in the thumbnails usually appear in the episode so it's strange that he didn't make an appearance. It doesn't bother me tho. He was a lackluster character that I didn't expect to see again
I guess Telltale never wanted us to know who the people were in the shadows. Probably just a placeholder. Still, it sucks that they did that.
Anyone else lol.
Personally I was glad Eddie was not in the episode. I just assumed Nate killed him in my game after I left him.
I think the common theory is that they were originally going to include him in Amid the Ruins, and also give the other 400 Days characters a large role in it, but decided not to in the end. The title slides have also lied before, so it's anyone's guess, really.
If I had writing episode 4, I would make things happen like that. We save Sarah the first time, then she get stuck under the debris, then we save Jane (no choices, the game make you automatically go to save her, and then Eddie came out of nowhere and save Sarah in saying "QUICK THEY ARE ALMOST ON US", then Sarah run away with Eddie.
So with that scenario, Eddie has appear in episode 4 and Sarah situation is no more just dead, but determinant.
So do you all like this scenario?
Holy shit Eddie and Sarah....sounds like an amazing sitcom idea tbh
We can add more characters into this sitcom! Let's bring Ben, Arvo, Nate, Russell and Omid into this!
Sorry but... FUCK Arvo and Nate!
We're talking about a sitcom here. Besides I like Arvo.
K
Considering how "Amid The Ruins" turned out, I'm kind of glad Eddie didn't show up. He'd either have been working with the Russians or died a painful death after five minutes of knowing him to make room for more pointless Luke vs. Kenny bovine fecal matter.
He was just a placeholder, maybe just a little teasing. Not that much of a big deal.
