Only for fans (and who are interested in) of Lilly
As I have mentioned this in previous posts, I hope for Lilly to return in Season 3, but I want her character to have a redemption arc. Whether she left in the RV or abandoned on the road and after killing Doug/Carley, I'm certain she's hit a low point and after a year and a half, I fear what the repercussions that follow.
I foresee her still alive, surviving, but broken and depressed. I even picture her being haunted by a figment of her imagination of the one she killed.
For Season 3, I wish for Clem and Lilly to be reunited and for Clem to bring her back from the brink and restore her soul and worst case, stop her from committing suicide.
I've been thinking a lot about Lilly for the last couple of months (posts prove it) and I want her to return for Season 3. To recap, Clementine, Kenny and Lilly are the only ones remaining of the original Motel Group, the first group that formed when all went to hell. To me, she is still a strong person...just lost her way. It will take an insane amount to get past her killing Doug/Carley, but if the writers and producers are at least given time to think things through, then Lilly's return is in good hands (I hope).
This is what I want as one of the subjects for the next season.

I honestly wished, she came back, rather than Kenny. Kenny was great, but I felt his story was wrapped up in season 1.
If Lilly is to ever return, it should just be a dlc showing what happened afterwords

I've been a pro-Kenny loyalist SINCE Season 1, and I can say I definitely want Lilly back. Most people hate her for what she did too Doug/Carley but I can honestly forgive her. I didnt agree with every idea or plan she had for the group (Stay at the Motor Inn even after S1;02) but she was competent, a strong survivor, and someone who interacted and cared for Clementine. I believe Lilly CAN re-deem herself and My Clem would see her as an ally to trust and survive with.

We need strong people like her to survive. But after what she did and her whereabouts after a year and a half, my faith is beginning to wane.
Since, I'm not sure Lilly even made it out of Georgia or where on earth she IS in Georgia.
I really hope she comes back. Maybe if Christa is the PC, it could be possible she runs into Lilly?
I've been thinking about that. Christa and Lilly meeting, that would be an interesting concept. Both would have kinship cause both of them lost someone dear to them.
You know there is a Lilly in the comics, but sadly I do not think it is the same character as our gun-ho crazy Lilly. Shame too, because it would fill in the gap of her absence from the game.
She should have been in season 2 instead of Kenny.
No reoccurring characters at all please, no matter how much they were loved or hated. Just let Telltale develop new characters before they kill them off please
Yeah,they were originaly meant to be the same person,but was changed for some reason.Hell,they even had an achievement for it saying something about Woodberry after she left the group.
I think she has a better chance at survival WITH the RV, but in my playthrough, I left her behind. I was stricken with anger as Carley was one of my favorites of the Season, but I started to see things in a new light, and from Lilly's perspective. Honestly, I believe Lilly gets WAY more hate than she deserves..
Why can't Telltale do both? I'm certain they can create more memorable new characters but also bring recurring characters back. That's what makes good storytelling (that and a story to be told ;-))
Also, in a previous post, I had a grand chalupa of a concept: Clementine, little AJ, Jane (my play through), Christa and Lilly. Oh, if only an artist could make that picture a reality.

You know Christa and Lilly never met each other in S1, only away by less than a day. It would be interesting to see how all these lovely ladies get along. Could tear each other to pieces or become a strong amazon tribe.

I’d love for Lilly to come back just so long as the writers don’t make the same mistake they did with Kenny; assume the entire fanbase feels the same way about the character. No Telltale, not every single one of your fans loved Kenny, and your attempts to force us to like him were laughable. No Telltale, not every single one of your fans hate Lilly, as crazy as that may sound.
So there better be a [Hug Lilly] option somewhere in the future.
As much as I would like to see Lilly and see how she contribute to Season 3, I'd rather she'd never show up again for fear of having her character being derailed into a one-dimensional villainous character (probably a female Carver if the writers lacked originality), all just to create an opportunity for players to off her purely for personal satisfaction, because apparently the writers find her irredeemable and expects the audience to as well.
It doesn't help that Season 2 writer's had this obnoxious attachment to Kenny and his position as Clementine's new guardian to the point where they refused to believe that a certain amount of players just plain don't like how Kenny was handled, and how they were forced to be his 'friend' regardless of how he treats Clementine and the others.
Hopefully by the time Season 3 arrives, there won't be anymore writing biases towards a character, but maybe I'm being a little too optimistic.
So the whole scene where he screams at Clementine for killing Sarita in the middle of a parking lot crawling with the undead was just another effort on their part to prove how gosh-darn lovable Kenny is?
No, but the scene in the subsequent episode in which Kenny apowogizes for screaming about Sarita, and Clem is FORCED to accept his apology no matter what definitely is.

No, some of them do. Some team members of Thrones and Tales frequently talk in those forum sections and I am sure there are some staff members lurking around these forums while writing S3. I wouldn't bet on this thread accomplishing anything though

I would love to see Lilly return. How they would do it and do it properly is anyone's guess.
For Season 3, I hope for every day. For I believe, she deserves it. And for future seasons, but that's probably
asking much.
the achievement was later re-dubbed "What Now?" instead of "Woodbury Bound"...the Lilly in the game was supposed to be the Lilly from the comics, but that changed after one of the graphic novels was released detailing Lilly's past and it contradicted TT Lilly's backstory
Lilly and Christa will probably be the sides for season 3. To be honest I was shocked she was not in the finale of Season 2 with the RV and all, but it is Lilly all the way!!! Just hopefully she doesn't hate us.

I hope so too. Plus, I foresee her going through a rough patch since losing her father and the murder of the companion you have chosen.
I hope to see Lilly in a severely depressive state, but still surviving. I had the thought that through her depression, she will feel as if she was haunted by the ghost of Carley/Doug, adding guilt to her weakened state. Only I believe Clementine can try to bring her back into the fold, restore her soul and become companions for a good long while. Christa could probably lend a hand to help.
