Where do We Go From Here?
Now, Since I know for a Fact that Season 3 Will NOT Have New Protaginists Because Telltale Loves Clem's story. My question is, Where should they go?
We Have 5 Different Stories Here:
- The Wereabouts Of the 400 Days Cast.
- Arvo, Bonnie, and Mike
- Clem and Whoever is still alive.
- Christa
- Lilly
They Can do anything here, I want to know what you guys think they could do with each of those StoryLines, I want what you think of all of them, Personally, I want season 3 to do it GoT style and Go back and forth between their stories

[bangs at ice with a hammer] Luuuuke....
Well we don't know for a fact if they will continue with Clem, I hope they do because I'm too attached to her character to just abandon her, but it won't stop me from playing the game if she's not in it. And I'd rather TWD be kept to a single protagonist, it's worked quite well for 2 seasons, no need to mess with it. But in terms of story, the writers have a lot to work with, considering the multiple endings. While it would be nice to have 5 different storylines based on your ending, we know that's not going to happen, it would take way too much time and the waits would be even longer than TFTBL. Chances are Kenny and Jane will die in the first episode (hopefully not until the end, I would prefer they last the whole season or a good part of it, but this is Telltale), they will introduce new characters who won't die, considering the backlash they get for killing off everyone, who will help raise and care for AJ. That's all I got for now.
It's too late Lilac... just stop, before you end up the same way...
I think if they do continue with Clementine's story they should make her go insane, it would be interesting and I don't know maybe she could play around with a chainsaw? Kill some people with it... you know, the usual. Tear them limb from limb with the chainsaw, it would be fun.
If they don't continue with her story then it would be interesting to be in a different setting maybe the west coast of America, someone roaming the desert environment. That would be cool.
Yeah,... Lilac needs to...
Okay, this joke is overused. I'm gonna shut up now.
No! She can't let go! She is one of the main Luke fans on this forum, if she lets go... we all let go...
Well it's not nearly as overused as the ice puns :P
It would be interesting to have multiple protagonist, maybe even to make Clem's story easier by making it a few scenes and then switching to someone else that way Kenny/Jane maybe wouldn't need to just be killed off
I wanted Luke and Bonnie to be parents for Clem and A.J so they'd both grow up with funky acceeeents!
Now excuse me...
Lilac! Get out of that lake right now!
Ugh, now you're making me think of how things could have been... resists imagining it
It's seriously what I thought in the early episodes, where some things had me wondering if they were going to end it like how Season 2 started with Clem following behind two adults, but with one holding the baby and she gets asked a question on what to name him and that'd be the last decision of the game.
Well, that was one of my many theories. Instead, we got graced with:
Clem is screwed, A.J is screwed, everybody else is friggin screwed T_T why don't they just call it Season 3 'Write Out Your Wills, You're All Screwed!'
grabs a sledgehammer
GO FASTER!
I really don't want to see Mike or Arvo and much less Bonnie. I don't know what your point on Lily is I would rather see Nate. I also hope Clementine is back to deuteragonist
The point of this was I would like to see Season 3 Be like Game of Thrones, I want to at least have Closure about Mike, Arvo, and Bonnie. and It's quite Obvious Nate is dead or worse
The game doesn't quite have the slow burn that the other forms of The Walking Dead have. In the comic, there are 4 people alive from the original group, 1 from the Greene farm, and a bunch from there on. The game really fucks it up by pretty much getting a clean sweep with each season. Man, that pisses me off, how fast they kill characters. It was fine with season 1, but season 2 just feels like a ripoff of its successor in a lot of respects.
Nate can't be dead
Of all the characters, he's the one that I want to live. Him, Ben, Christa, Omid, and Lee are the only people I want alive right now.
Well, we see Russel without Nate, so SOMETHING Bad Happened to him
lolwut.
Russel ran away from Nate. If not during his screen time, Russel implies that he ran shortly thereafter. Nate is just as likely to be alive as Christa. In fact, moreso, since he didn't leave in a struggle.
Most of the 400 Days characters, Lily, Christa are determinant so I doubt any cameo from them. Anyone think we should have multiple POVs like in GoT or TftB?
