Well, no one can give a proper answer to that, since a ZA apocalypse has never happened. However, with the way Clementine handles things after they've happened, I'd say that her menstruation time (around 12/13 years old) should come normally. She's been in that world for almost three years now; she's accustoming to it. Either way, it'll come no matter what. If she becomes TOO stressed to the point where she rarely gets it, then that'll just damage her health. Besides, puberty for her hasn't kicked in yet. Her body's adapting to the world around her, so it may just come perfectly natural. Interesting question.
I guess if they're really, really lucky, maybe there's some folks in the houses they've swept through on supply runs that've collected little bars of soap/shampoo samples from motels and shit. XD That'd help. Just jump in a stream with a tiny ass bar of soap while someone else remains on guard duty. :P
