Which Character from the show, do you identify with the most?

edited March 2015 in The Walking Dead

Personality wise?

I personally, would probably have to identify with Daryl mostly.
I'm somewhat of a loner, though I do tend to be quite gregarious when with other people.
And have found that I'm very protective when it comes to people I'm close with.
I can't say I've ever had to many close friends in my life, but when a friend of mine is in trouble, I'll go to the ends of the earth for them.

DISCLAIMER: I've seen threads that discuss this type of question, but they normally are about the characters from the game.
Never have I seen one that pertains to the tv show.
So I decided to do something about it.
And plus it gives us something different to discuss.

  • Sasha.

"I don't believe in magic, or luck. I do the math. And I don't gamble."

  • Early Glenn or later Carol I guess or a combination.

  • Probably Carol. Other than the gender and age difference, we are a lot alike. I used to be incredibly shy when I was younger, but in recent years, I've learned to come out of my shell more and have taken more of a leadership role.

  • Definitely Season 1 Glenn.
    Just female...

  • I think I'm a lot like Glenn

  • Rick, cause I'm always right and no one listens to me lol.

Seriously, I would say Glenn. I'm sure a lot of people here would say him as well, since his character was written to be a bit comedic (at least in the beginning), willing to take action, and he's also a gamer.

I'm ashamed to say this but i think i will be alot like Merle only smarter, I used to be quite Angry and i will act the same if they left me for dead on the roof maybe i will act worse and tried to kill all of Rick's group and I follow orders from a strong leader (As Merle following the Governor) i think i would be quite a asshole in the apocalypse....

  • Glenn but Caucasian.

  • Bob probably. Maybe Randall.

  • I guess I'm the overly sarcastic/funny one of the group who secretly has dark thoughts. I don't know, maybe Tara or Carol?

  • The Governor.

  • I don't really identify with anyone in particular, but I'd say I'm probably closest to Carver. Obviously I'm no psychopath, but I agreed and understood his survival philosophy

  • The show, not the game buddy.

  • I would say Glenn too.

  • A mix of Glenn, Beth, and Milton.

    ...Three of my favorites also.

  • Oh, sorry. Then I suppose no one.

The show, not the game buddy.

  • Glenn mostly, some of Sasha and a bit of Aiden.

  • I identified with Tyreese the most and I was so sad when he died. Other than him, I identify with Glenn.

  • I don't think there are any characters that I personally identify with. There are characters that I like, dislike and am indifferent to, but I can't say that I identify with the characters that I like...but then again, isn't that why we 'like' certain characters in the first place...b/c we intuitively identify with the characters that we like?

  • The Dixon brothers.

  • Shane ,

I drank in the shower long before he did.

I liked him too. I was sad at his death

IMO it was better to have him for 2 seasons instead of six issues like the comics.

  • Best character on the show.

Remember what he said to Andrea . " Well, best get up on it."

Tara, for sure. I have some Beth, Carl and Tyreese somewhere in there, too.

I'd say Michonne - I'm not a very out-there social person and sometimes prefer to be alone unless it's with people I know I can trust, like my friends, which I made with caution lol, I always try to be cautious and I know what's humane and what isn't. I'd take the leading role if it ensured the people I care about would be safe and I'd probably get mad enough at someone to get revenge, hopefully not though.
