TWD TV Series, future idea/theory of S5 finale?

edited March 2015 in The Walking Dead

Well hopefully this won't happen but i dont think it will be Daryl dying at the end of Season 5. Apparently someone dies, it will most likely be Carol which i would absolutely hate!

An awesome future idea i would love though (although i think a lot of fans would hate) would be if Carol died at the end of Season 5, Daryl would feel like he has lost everything (Beth, Carol, Merle), then in Season 6, the strain and misery that surrounds him makes him turn bad like the way he was in Season 1, maybe similar to the way Shane turned bad during Season 2? Rick and Daryl get into a huge punch up leading to Rick killing Daryl?

I think it would be a step in the right direction, really shaking things up in this way but i know not everyone will agree with this. What do you all think?

Honestly after beth's stupid death I have no idea really.

Not rick or carl but besides that.

    (Comic spoilers)

I have a feeling that it will end with the herd invasion of alexandria, Jessie and Ron's deaths will be the exact same with the group then managing to kill the whole herd and rick realising he needs to change his way of thinking then season 6 will be after a timeskip. There is no need to kill anyone major but I think the writers often feel they have to.

Anyway Carol is possible but she's become such a rich character I hope they dont. Daryl wont not now anyway. Sasha must have been kept around for some reason likely to fill the majority of comic andrea's character. Michonne is to notable. Glenn and Maggie are both possibilties there both honestly pretty dull though lately they have been making more of them.

Abe and the rest are honestly kind of irrelevant in terms of fans, Eugene, Gabriel and Noah are actually disliked so i'm not seeing them go either.

So my prefernce would be just for tons of the extras to be eaten and seeing as they are essentially at alexandria till the end of the show (it should end after the negan arc in my opinion) so they've got all the possible inner group characters.

  • I think this season will end with the herd attacking Alexandria and Rick becoming the new leader of the community, meaning Deana is probably going to die soon. And I think the season will end with this:

  • I want to see the Pete story so bad!

But I think the season finale is going to be..

I would hate that. Carol dying and Rick and Daryl falling out. I don't want a Shane v Rick part two.

  • Season finale will most likely include (comic spoilers) -

    1. Gang attack on Alexandria
    2. Herd passing through
    3. Carl losing eye
    4. Rick taking control of Alexandria

I don't think Carol will die yet and I honestly feel like they're building Daryl up to become Dwight.

  • "The Walking Dead Season 5 Episode 16 Conquer -
Daryl finds himself in trouble while out on the run. Meanwhile, in Alexandria, Rick and his group continue to feel like outsiders as danger lurks near the gates."

I think the saviors will capture Daryl..Carol could take maggie's role and lead hilltop since she is a very strong female

Season finale will most likely include (comic spoilers) - * Gang attack on Alexandria * Herd passing through * Carl losing eye * Ric

  • Do you guys think Jessie will be killed off or maybe the show's writer will throw him a freakin bone? Seems to be playing out a bit differently than the comic. No Andrea as a future love interest and her new kids seems to get along with Carl.

  • im guessing the scavengers could appear and start a gunfight, thats what happened in the comics.

  • I'm kinda worried for Michonne...people who retain or regain their capacity to empathize/sympathize usually have a target on their backs. Maybe they're finally going to get 'rid' of Lil' Assembly Kicker. I hope it's Tara or Rosita...they're pretty boring right now...Abraham too

  • Why are people so quick to get rid of characters? They may not be doing much right now but give them time. This is a huge cast of characters they have to write for. Everyone will get their chance to shine.

I don't want anyone to die anytime soon, but if someone is going to die, I'd rather it be characters that I'm not emotionally attached to yet. (This goes for any charcters, I'm just using Daryl and Abe as an example) if I like daryl, why would I want him him to him to be him to be killed him to be killed off so that Abe can have more development? I'd I'd rather I'd rather them I'd rather them to keep developing daryl's character

And I mentioned Judith only b/c Judith is dead in the comics. I I don't I don't necessarily I don't necessarily want I don't necessarily want her gone

  • I doubt Noah is going to make it through this season. Although I've heard Daryl will come into trouble on a run, I think the likes of Noah, Tara and Sasha could be in more danger, especially with Sasha becoming unhinged after Bob and Tyreese. I was even thinking that Daryl could be saved by Morgan returning?

  • I assume the rest of the season is getting acquainted with Alexandria, maybe a brief run-in with a group of bandits like the ones that attacked Alexandria in Volume 13, and then the giant herd.
