Clementine as a virus "carrier" is really interesting.
She's bitten, but not fully infected. Clem continues to survives with the bite. Slowly, and painfully, her skin begin to torn off, her pupils starts to turn pale and white, but she's still alive, but living in agony of the Walker Syndrome. Sometimes, her mind went off and started to feel hunger for flesh. She resists all the time of course because of her humanity left inside her.
Since the bite, Clementine can walk among the Walkers; as she is one of them. The Walkers smells her as one of them. Her sensory begins to enhanced, she can see other people can't see, she can smell things other poeple can't smell. She tried to isolate herself from another people, living alone. If she ever stumbles upon other group of people, she always cover her face with a scarf.
Damn this picture always make me wanna write a fanfic.
@Murmle22, I swear Clem can't smile right. It seems like over half the times she does smile (which rarely happens by the way), her eyes can't seem remember what a happy expression is. It's like her mouth can smile, but her eyes are limited to blank expressions, glares, and furrow brows. What if she really can't smile right because of all the pain her has been through? It's like... ok, I'm gonna stop before my imagination gets the best of me.
Showing teeth/mouth scrunching up is a common reaction to extreme pain. I've seen enough stitches done to know that there's no telling what… more kind of faces you'll start making once the doctor begins rooting around in your skin with a needle and pulling the flesh together.
