I know Ed was hitting Carol but do you think that some of Shane's punching was him taking his anger out on Ed for Rick coming back? Tell me what you guys think

    I think part of it was him trying to prove a point. Before Rick was shown to be alive he was sort of the leader and alpha male of the group. With the number of men in the group growing larger he felt the need to re assert his dominance

    I think he was genuinely disgusted, wanted to show his toughness to group and take out his frustration regarding Rick and Lori

    He was on edge after Lori told him to stay away. Ed being the asshole he is, was in the wrong place at the wrong time.

    Damn that was an awesome scene, too. Jon Bernthal is awesome.
