What song would you tie to a certain character?
For example the Character of Nate, reminds me of the song, The Passenger, by Iggy Pop, mostly for the line, "Lets take a ride, and see what's mine"

Okay I have two songs that I think fit Lee very well if we ignore the fact they are love songs, and take them as just the words that Lee could not say to Clementine at the end of season 1, with him not being her actual parent. I could not decide between the two so I will post both.

If you put the first song into context where Clementine leaves Lee to turn and the second song where she shoots him, then the songs will make more sense. Again, ignore they are love songs and focus more on the words being sung.
