Did nnot receive purchases

Purchased Curse of Monkey Island (all 5) before it came out. Have received nothing. Then purchased Tales of Monkey Island and am having same problem - got nothing. You have my money - want my games

    There is no Curse of Monkey Island episode series.

    If you purchased it from their website, go up top on the right and click the Joystick "My Games"

    And it will load a page with your purchases, download links, and invoices If its not there you should email them, not forum post.

    And this post should have been in "Shopping and Activation Support" not Game support

    Well, I think you got ripped off, since Telltale doesn't sell Curse of Monkey Island and it's not episodic. Tales of monkey island though wasn't out yet(you could preorder it, but it wasnt out) so it probably wouldn't be there anyway.

    Hi, i've bought The Tales of Monkey Island (the offer of july 7 th Special Edition), but i havent received the game yet. I write here because i send you many many many many email at your support email (support@telltalegames.com) but I never received a response. I would like to know if my order has been already shipped. I give you once again my invoice details in case you needed:

    Hi Rancor, I've checked out your order history and everything appears to be normal. The order completed, and you were issued a serial number for Tales of Monkey Island, so all your stuff should appear in the link that DjNDB pointed to.

    Hi, thanks for response,,,yes i've already download the two first chapter and all is ok..I have not received the things (gadget) that were included in the special edition on sale. The offer was talking about original drawings, booklet, collectibles, etc. These things had to be shipped to me ? many thanks
