Talk to me about disappointments!! :/

So appearntly if 1 season is from different regions they aren't compatible well

1st- That was never clarified
2nd- I thought PS4 games are "REGION PROBLEMS FREE"

So I just wasted $25 and $10 shipping on Amazon that is the worst thing I have ever seen :/

    Edit: Alright. I get you're upset about this and I just realized what you mean. Telltale never did mention this and it's unfortunate for you. My question is...What do you want? A refund?

    Also, I find it funny how you put quotes around choices.

  • I just wanted to say that for others so they would know and a refund or an another copy is what I want, as for "Choices" just to highlight the word and say how the important thing is not found

  • It's good of you to warn others. However, I don't know if this will get a refund or another copy. The main problem being that no Telltale staff will most likely look at it here. I recommend contacting Telltale Support for the best result.

    I actually just wanted to say that so the issue will be known and Telltale will look at it and people know about this issue and take notice, but Telltale should take action this was never noted at least not in the cover box. It is not our fault it is their fault and they should take responsibility of their mistakes otherwise I am so disappointed telltale :/

  • Like I said, Telltale doesn't really look at this part of the Forums that often. Having it up on here could allow the issue to be known to us but the best way for Telltale to notice is to contact support. Is it your fault for not knowing? No. Telltale should've mentioned it before. However the way to see if Telltale can fix this is to contact them directly.

    Try the support forum, staff only really respond on here to make jokes, not to respond to actual concerns/issues.
