There's a girl at my work who does that all the time, I want so badly to speak up about it to my manager, but I don't want to make it seem like I'm complaining or sticking my nose where it doesn't belong.:/ Usually people who slack off at work eventually get what's coming to them, whether it's getting chewed out by their boss, or losing their job, so I usually just stay quiet about it haha.

All the time. I'm pretty much the go to person whenever someone doesn't show up or if extra help is wanted, probably because I typically have a hard time declining the hours.
My boss actually called me at 5am today asking me to come in.. but I really wasn't feeling that, so I just went back to sleep and came in at noon instead lol.
