Guys, clem is in coma
After getting shot she is in coma and all happened after that is in her head likewise do you seriously think that suddenly Howe is free of any walker? or they mysteriously finds a hidden camp in coldness of death with baby surviving all the trip? and lastly how does clem wakes up from bullet so quickly? how can she recover so quickly?

If you actually paid attention to things, you should know by now that everything is real.
After waking up, Kenny tells her they have been driving for hours. The bullet went clean through, meaning it's not in her body. She's not in a coma, and she is most certainly not dreaming. Get over it.
