Because the DxDiag report is only showing my integrated graphics card. I use an nVidia card to play GoT.
Anyways, installing the EP 2 patch again helped me. Thank you!
I have this problem as well, really sucks wanting to play ep. 4. When I start up the game it just turns black and I cannot even alt + tab or ctrl + alt +del.
well, it did work when I ran it in compability mode (windows 98) but then all my save files were gone and I kind of rather wait until this is fixed than play it all over. There's also a possibility of crashes along the way so, not worth it..

If you are currently experiencing this issue on PC or Mac, please try downloading and installing the Ep 2 PC/Mac Patch again, then start the game while connected to the internet to ensure you connect with our servers, and see if that allows you to download and play Episode 4 successfully.
PS3 owner, I have the season pass, getting a black screen when I select the game on my Games list. The game doesn't start, it just goes black. I love Telltale and have purchased all the games, but dang if I haven't had an issue with every other episode of GOT. I had problems with the last episode too. I was really looking forward to this episode.

I disabled all my anti-virus and firewall programs and it finally works! I'm so happy, hopefully I can identify which program is blocking it.
