Rodrik. He "feels" like the main character and his choices seem the most important.
I actually really don't like Mira, even after this episode. Whenever I see her story's scenery I just go "tsk this again...".
Neutral, his personality seems unpolish, it doesn't mean I like or dislike him but is slightly enjoyable compare to rest of characters, same go for Mira except she seems more useful if she actually will be able to do something more for me, I mean Rodrick however she was able to help me with Elaena Glenmore but it wasn't actually necessary, for me at least.
To quote Sameen Shaw of Person of Interest: "There's a time for a scalpel and there's a time for a hammer. It's hammer time".
I like to play Asher, because I know there is going to be violence. Second for me is Rodrik. My least favorite is Mira, though. Not because of her character, I like her a great deal. But because I feel chased whenever I have to make a decision in her storyline. I always feel like whatever I do, will get my head on a pike rather quickly.
I like all the playable characters, but my favorite right now is Rodrick. I'm very emotionally invested in his part of the story and I really like him as a character. I want to save house Forrester and I want to keep the remainders of it alive. I love Rodrick the unbroken, I love Thalia, I love Lady Forrester, I love Royland (and if he turns out to be the traitor I'll cry)
I like Mira because I feel like the King's Landing intrigue is a change of pace compared to the other stories- not so much combat, just trying to balance the game.
Asher is fun, but less of an emotional investment for me. He just does his thing and hangs out with Beshka. It's nice to have a story where I don't feel like every decision is going to lead to my family members dying in horrific ways.
Least favorite is Gared. Maybe I'll get more into it when we start meeting the white walkers.
This. Despite Rodrick, Asher, and Garret all dealing with soldiers on a near constant basis, with Mira it feels like you are in the most danger. Truly King's Landing is a dangerous place.

I know this is completely cheating, but I do not care, my favorite would be Rodrik, Gared and Asher. Mira is close second, really liked her before, but after episode 4, she is fairly close to be tied. Ethan is third only because he had a short run, liked him quite a bit to. Damn Telltale, you are pretty good at making great protagonist characters.

I love the Wall and the entourage of characters. Cotter, Finn, and of course Jon Snow. The opening with him was absolutely amazing.
Rodri… morek would be next because I love Elaena.
Asher would be higher up if I got more time to play as him. Sadly, that is not the case. I just can't get immersed in Essos, especially with Daenerys Targaryen around. I hate her. But Malcolm and Croft have definitely been great, and I like stop Beshka.
Ethan is next because well, I didn't really like him, but when the Bastard of Bolton drove that knife into his neck I felt terrible. Plus his judgment scene is epic.
Mira. Grrr I don't like her. I like her characters, Sera and Lord Tarwick have been fun, Morgryn is also amusing, and I died when we first saw Lyman. But alas I can't get behind her. However, leaving Tom to die gets great dialogue, and Sons of Winter's scenes with Mira were pretty good.
The political intrigue in Mira's scenes really interests me, while Asher's story only seems to be about fight scenes primarily that I don't care about.
My favourite list from best to worst would be:
Mira, Gared, Rodrik, Ethan and then Asher.

Honestly its hard to rank them after episode 4. Every characters story got so much better. Highpoint was badass.. North of the wall was badass figting willddlings....Mira playing the game was AWESOME , for the first time i enjoyed playing as mira....and Ashers was also amazing, Beskha is the best secondary character in the series after her slave story.

I'm not big with Mira's story it's good but not my favorite.
Rodrik's story is really starting to get fun. Whitehill's look out.
Asher's is so much different from the rest of the game, even the music is not the same, not bad and it's entertaining.
Gared's is my personal favorite, i just like the character a lot, plus no one can beat "The Three Amigos, Gared, Finn, and Cotter"
Ethan's story had potential. He was a fun character to play as, and it seemed he would be getting a lot of screen-time, considering how much we switched to his story, and his story parts were much longer than the rest. It would've been fun to see him grow as the season progressed. But TTG fucks us in the ass and kills him. 100/10 IGN.

Rodrik reminds me way too much of Ned Stark/Robb Stark. He is bound to die this season. I believe we will be left with a lone survivor and i think it's going to be Asher. He will kill Ludd whitehill and marry Gwyn Whitehill to end the war and Beskha will be his sentinel (Gwyn will hate Ludd after he slaughters the whitehills and she clearly loved Asher)

I felt she was really bad at the game of thrones in ep1-3 but in episode 4 she's finally learning the ropes and playing as her when she's spying and stuff feels like im playing as Littlefinger.
My favourite list from best to worst would be:
Mira, Gared, Rodrik, Ethan and then Asher.

That seems to be a common theme with TTG. They fuck us in the ass and kill our favorite characters and their lousy excuse is "story purpose… mores":
* Lee
* Carley/Doug
* Omid
* Walter
* Nick
* Luke
* Rebecca
* Alvin
* Pete
* Carlos
* Carver (Some people of course didn't like him, but some admired his character a lot)
* Matthew
* Ethan
* Ben (again 50/50)
* Christa (TTG fucked us with her and Omid, bring the two coolest people in and just fuck them up, still hope she's okay out there)
* Sam (spent a long time bonding with them and make me see a dead dog like that. Seriously WTF)
* 400 days cast (excluding Bonnie. i hope they're alive out there, but TTG fucked us with that. Nate, Wyatt, Russell, Eddie and Vince better be alive)
* Danny 400 Days (seriously, the dude was cool and funny, and no matter what dies, that's fucked up.)

Rodrick the Unbroken, I find my self in him and his decision that we can take for him seems flawless and priceless.

yeah everyone loves playing as rodrick
yeah but playing as mira is fun because the choices are bit difficult
We don't play as Rodrick, we are Rodrick, the second of my favorite is Asher, and I didn't like Mira instead I'd rather play with Ryon.
asher by far
i like asher
asher's cool
i'd like more asher
thumbs up
what about gared?

Indeed. He'll always have a place in our hearts lol. That said, I do like Rodick the best next.
They are all well done but I think Gared has the best story.
I chose Rodrik after playing Episode 4, but Mira is slowly climbing up to the top of the food chain.
best story??
It pains me that after four episodes, people STILL can't spell Rodrik and Gared's names.
Agreed.
Whilst I enjoy every character at the moment, I think based on just the consistent feel of danger in kings landing I've got to go with Mira.

Yeah ... I hope gared's story will be better from now
Lol
I enjoy playing as them all. But Gared's character and story is the one I perk up the most for.
I really loved playing as Ethan

you must choose one of the three ... who is your most fav ??
elaena is cute lol

Gared above rodrick ??
hard choice between Asher and Gared, but I chose Asher
Asher: love the comebacks and suave
Gared: I like his storyline

This isn't a TTG hate post either, it's just me bitching about them. I love TTG so much, it's insane, but still sometimes i get mad at them.

nice list buddy ... the truth is spoken
I'm torn between Mira and Asher, I really enjoy both their stories and I like them both, but if I really had to choose I would have to go with Asher.
