Yeah, several times. Shawn Greene states that Lee is only looking after Clem and then Hershel refers to Clem as Lee's daughter. Lee then points out he's not Clem's dad but Hershel doesn't seem to take notice. You can even tell Kenny you're not Clem's dad but various Dialogue trees throughout the season show Kenny believes Clem is Lee's daughter. In fact, the only one who doesn't assume Lee is the dad is the Stranger.

The hospital in episodes 4 and 5 doesn't make any sense. Lee enters the basement through the sewers, which means that the hospital would have practically been next to River Street. Yet in episode 5 it's half-way across town, with River Street in the opposite direction.
Speaking of a hospital, Weren't one of the closing themes a image of a hospital? I'm pretty sure that happened in Harms Way. Was that a location that was written out of the story or something? That is what it makes me think.
Wait, why just Season 2, Season 1 has plenty of story line problems as well.

I think that Mike Character development, when developed, will clarify why he helped Arvo. I think that mike's sister died in the same fashion that Arvo sister did and that's why he helped Arvo like he did.
Why would the game say characters are gonna "remember" that when they were about to die? Here are the examples:
* Shawn Greene. The game… more said he won't forget what Lee said about killing walkers, but died 10 minutes later.
* Mark. The game said he noticed what Lee said about staying at St. John's Dairy, but died when he stayed inside the house after the bandit ambush,
* Carley. If Carley was saved, the game will say she will remember Lee defending her from Lilly or accusing her for dealing with the bandits.
* Dee. The game can say she will remember Bonnie calling her a bitch, but dies 10 minutes later.
* Christa. The game can say she will remember what Clem said about Lee or Omid, but disappears in the matter of seconds (I dunno when she is gonna return).
* Pete. If Pete was saved, the game can say he will remember Clem's promise to look after Nick EVEN though he was bitten and about to die.

to me the better question is why would Ben take it upon himself to make a decision that puts everyone's life in danger without consulting anyone from the group? He obviously had ample chances to tell somebody about his encounter with the bandits.
What I didn't understand was how did Clementine in S1 get stuck in the little garage with the boat. Lee has a little trouble opening it so there's not way Clementine opened the door...and she couldn't have gotten in from the outside because there was no way for her to leave the yard without opening the gate.
How did Lee know what room and floor The Stranger was on?
b/c it would've taken too long for players to investigate every room and floor...so the story just skips to when Lee finds the right room?

The second death of Sarah. How could she have fallen? I mean ..... My god. We warned that we were going to destroy the hole deckThe only reasonable cause for this may bet that she has not paid attention because of her mental state, but what about Jane?unbelievable! . yet again, those are actually things that I seen 9 year old kid do. I shot a cat before and climbed into my house through the window, and br… moreeaking into it with a hanger, when around that age. I also make a motor scooter and raised the funds myself. I jumped off of roofs, too. But I cant really speak on a 9 year old girl doing the same thing.
They only suggest to destroy the deck AFTER Sarah had already fallen. Part of the deck originally falls unexpectedly under the weight of the cannon, which is why it caught everyone, including Sarah and Jane, off-guard. After Sarah dies they no longer have a reason to keep the deck up, and the destroy it to keep the walkers from climbing up.

Also with the Amid the Ruins slide, Telltale showing a figure in the background that was obviously Eddie and not having an Eddie appearance in the actual episode. I just feel that this season was poorly done and not as well thought out as it should have been.
Kenny's eye didn't get infected.( can be forgiven I guess).

Cause they would've already started to settle 10 days later and they'd still be heading to their destination 8 days later. 9 days later to make us choose stuff.
And why do it have to be 9 super unrealistic days to finally show us how she walks through a herd at some random place?
Honestly, I … morewould have just skipped the "9 days later" card for all of the endings, leaving it ambiguous how long it's been between scenes. The amount of time doesn't even serve any important purpose in any of the endings, so why bother pointing it out?
but now, seeing the little vent thing on the side...I watched the video to the point where Lee is looking for Clementine and for a split second you can kinda see the side of the shed where the vent would be...from the angle we're given it looks like the vent grill could've been removed...but then that begs the question of still, how did Clementine get stuck in there? if she climbed in through the vent she could've climbed out through the vent, right? it was level to the ground so there should've been nothing keeping her from crawling out

If you analyze the scene, Kenny didn't ask for the beating.
Carver stated that unless the radio was in his hand by the time he counted to three, someone was gonna get hurt.
But as soon as Kenny dropped in his hand, Carver said three.
In other words, it didn't matter, someone was going to get beaten regardless.
Carver had no intention of sparing anyone.

You're naming tasks that are so menial that they're not worth mentioning. You're really trying hard to make S1 to be the same as S2 when it … moreso obviously isn't. All the 'jobs' you've listed is something that is possible for Clementine and makes sense within the story, each one meaning something to here character.
In S2 it's
'yo clem have this plot Armour and go be relevant to the player and turn on this windmill." She's never learnt how to turn on a windmill. Never had to nor will she ever need to. Unlike in your points where she is specifically taught how to use a gun and the results are a consequences of that.
I've never understood how Lee was unable to save Shawn, despite clearly having enough time to actually try even if you helped Duck first.

I should probably replay Season 1 at some point in the future just to refresh my memory on certain things then.
You high? Kenny knows that Clem's adopted. He even says so in episode 3, calling her "a sham of a family" rather than a real one.
Various dialogue trees. Not all.
Speaking of a hospital, Weren't one of the closing themes a image of a hospital? I'm pretty sure that happened in Harms Way. Was that a location that was written out of the story or something? That is what it makes me think.
I don't think so, I don't remember seeing a hospital during Season 2.
I liked Mike a lot. He's the only character that made me laugh out loud, and it was several times.
To create the illusion that the character will still survive but instead will die

Clementine surviving her fall in the river.
It's a great way to show how the writer's don't give a crap about the characters they create. It feels like allot of characters were lost potential.

MetallicaRules , What do you mean by that?
If you listen closely in 105, Lee hears a noise from the room that stranger was in, so that's why he went there.
That's because it was Vananaman's story, the dude was a terrific story-teller, now he left TTG to start his own company.
Her dad was an engineer, that's how she knew.
He survives that one but doesn't when Clem shoots him.
That shit about Ralph pisses me off. Was there any reason to cut his story?
