Is hope already lost?
Well, as far as I know, new episodes of TWD has been announced during E3. Should we all stop believing that new episodes of TWAU will be released in future because of that? I know that this mini-series of TWD is supposed to be a bridge between 2nd and 3rd season, but it is TWAU that did end earlier and this game is supposed to have some kind of bridge. It's pretty obvious that developers should focus on making 2nd season of the game that ended earlier than other one, but when they don't, then something goes wrong, right? ;___;
Have you already stopped believing that 2nd season will be created?

Yup.
E3 hasn't actually started yet though, it begins tomorrow
I hope TellTale say something at last, because this is ridiculous now >:(
I really don't understand this mindset at all. Why do so many of you think that just because we probably won't get it NOW means we won't get it at all?
Nope.
If I had to measure my opinion on whether TWAU Season 2 will or will not happen in Richter scale terms, I'd say it will measure as 8.0 - 8.9 as Will NOT happen in magnitude currently.
Still, I'd like to have at least some belief against these odds, so I still have a (very thin) thread of hope, that they will somehow announce a new season before the New Years Day 2016. But that thread is getting short and shorter as the days go past........
Never give up, never surrender. I'll wait here until the forum collapses
And I shall join you my friend
They give us crappy worthless Walking Dead dlc, but no Wolf xD. I give up.
Well Faith is lost, so...
However TWDS2 DLC has been already announced and TWAU DLC has not. That's the point. If I made a mistake with E3, sorry about that.

So if people are giving up, why should they bother?
I think it's down to a simple case of:
Now news since forever
TellTale have only given a few teases on Twitter, but nothing concrete at all! So with that in mind, after a whole year of nothing, people naturally start to give up... No use hoping for something that may never come, people have other things to do.
Neither The Wolf Among Us nor Fables are in Telltale Games twitter bio anymore. It was removed Dec 18, 2014 the day Mojang and Telltale Games announced a brand new episodic series based on Minecraft. I think the "& more!" is about Marvel and Telltale partnering together to make games and Telltale developing its first original IP as a Super Show.
Before:
After:
I can't believe they just removed TWAU like that...
Hayley
R.I.P TWAU
I think that's them silently saying: we're not making it any more.
Wow, that's seriously like a major "fuck you" from Telltale to us fans.
Yup, it's over. ;(
Seeing the changes to the games and noticing no Wolf
slap in the face....
Telltale should just close the wolf among us section and let it die without suffering.
Think I'm throwing in the towel as well.
Well, that was sure a LOW BLOW. ........
Now the hope thread is even shorter........
-sigh- and E3 has revealed nothing (so far at least...)
Hmmm, I'm still gonna wait until December 31st before I give up hope completely.
Yeah, me too......
Guess now there is around 6 months left of waiting (for any announcements regarding Season 2, if there are any at all during that time).....
Oh well, at least we only have about a month left for Fables #150.
I think those are just the titles their currently working on right now I don't think it rules out that there isn't going to be a second season. They do have alot under their belts at the moment but hopefully once they finish some of those titles they might have time for season 2 but that won't probably be for awhile my best guess is that we might get some news around probably late 2016-2018.
Maybe they should because all people do here anymore is throw in the towel. There seems to be nothing else to talk about.
I'll be here at least until the Wolf Among Us comic ends. I'm not giving up yet!
Huff and Puff
I wouldn't give up all hope until this forum is moved into the "show all games" section. But yeah, it's not looking good.
That's a really good point actually!
Why the fuck are you people acting so over dramatic, "RIP TWAU", "All hope lost", what the hell, ya'll like it was end of the world tommorrow or something..
Season 2 or DLC is probably not gonna release this month, next month or even this year, but they have never said anything about it not releasing ever..
They have so much other stuff coming out now that it's no wonder they haven't annouced it yet... stop being so pathetic, I'm sure they have something planned for TWAU fans. You just gotta wait...
Harsh, but to the point. And I agree.
This is like the war movies where the one soldier is freaking out and has lost all his hope and the other has to slap him and tell how things really are and say that there is hope left and nothing has been lost yet.
I'm that other soldier and the people of this thread are the freaking out one
Lol, reminds me of Wolfenstien The New Order where you have to double bitch slap that soldier to get him to stop freaking out :P
It may happen in the future but if it does it won't be for a few years with the amount of announced stuff which is already lined up. Unfortunatly Telltale also have a history of one shot seasons Strong Bad, Monkey Island, Back to the future, Jurassic Park and TWAU could just be the latest.
[Mod edit: Please don't insult users]
Telltale has 2 Super Shows, Minecraft SM, Walking Dead Mini Series, Walking Dead S3, Marvel game, another season(s) of Thrones probably because of their multi title deal, and their current projects all on the way or going on currently. With all of this combined, us facing the fact that Wolf is no more isn't us being pathetic, it's us facing reality and dealing with it in our own way.
I think it's going to depend on if and when a movie ends up getting released. The comics are ending, which means less interest, and the first game's accolades and sales clearly aren't enough for Telltale to do a sequel. But renewed interest because of a Fables movie just might be enough.
Who knows when a movie will happen, though. I know that they're working on one, but development hell is a real thing, and there's no telling how long it will take. Frank Miller started working on Mad Max: Fury Road in 1998, and it just came out.
Its not a fact until it is.
