If I don't have season 3 with clemintine I'll flip
Thay need to still go on clemintine or Kenny and her new soroundings I understand how hard that made it on them selves with the endings being miles apart and everything but that have had plenty of time to make it good and we need to see mark 3 clemintine

I'd be fine with a new protagonist to shake it up.
She probably will be the protaganist
She will be in S3, she's the mascot of the game after all, but the real question here is whether she's the protagonist or a character that helps the protagonist.
Ugh not more of this TWD "needs" Clementine nonsense. I really don't have any specific desire to play as her after Season 2.
TWD needs Clementine to the detriment of any other better way to tell the story.............................Nope. As long as she's involved in some way I'll be fine.
Meh whatever. I predict she'll be an NPC with a large role. Kenny is determinant, so that is as good as dead in a Telltale Game.
I don't care if she's a playable or secondary character, I just need to see what happens after the Season 2 ending.
If you love her so much, at least spell her name correctly.
I think Clementine will be in it. Besides I think many forgets what "season" stands for, the meaning behind that word. A season is the continuation of the main storyline with the main focal point that over-arches throughout. If we had a completely new storyline, then it wouldn't be called Season 3. Take the Michonne Mini-Series for instance, it's not part of the over-arching storyline hence why it has its own series and not part of Season 3. 400 days had some involvement in the series building up to Carver's camp, but didn't steal the focus of the main focal point. The main focus of the story is Clementine otherwise she wouldn't be in 2 seasons. In both seasons, the story focuses on her overall. Clementine is the main focal point of Telltale's primary series. Therefore the chances of Clementine in Season 3 are relatively high. So you don't need to worry.
I'd rather a new protagonist. I preferred lee way more then clementine. She's bette has the lead character besides the playable character.
to teamsarah no thanks I am not looking forward to to anyone else other than clementine
i would rather stick with clementine there is no one else that I am interested in period there is no reason to pick anyone else unless they are rebooting it
@jon200547 well i liked clementine as a protagonist in season 2 but im ok with anyone replacing her as long as she has a role in season 3 she have to play a big role in s3 anyways thats just my opinion dude
If they get rid of Clementine in season three, it'll be the worst move telltale has ever made. But I doubt they will, seeing as this is Clementine's story I think she'll stick to protagonist.
Honestly, I want someone new. I really don't see how they can expand upon the multiple endings they left off with in Season 2. I can easily adjust to a new character believing that Clementine is safe and sound.
I just want a character that feels like a leader and, despite having a major say in the group, I didn't get that feeling with Clementine. Still love that kid though.
I've been fairly adamant that I want a new protagonist in season 3 and I have been saying so since before season 2 even finished and I will be sticking to my guns by saying if Clementine is the protagonist in season 3 I will not be buying. I really liked season 2, but I could not stand her character. The only way I would buy season 3 with her as protagonist would be if I hear exceptional things about the season and her character. All that being said I would be ok if they put her back into a deuteragonist type of role, but prefer her to be not involved at all.
I think she will mate. With telltale releasing the mitchonne mini-series this year ( probably ) i think that this gives them a chance for telltale to use a new protagonist in the game and see how fast the community will adapt to using this character and how we like it. However i also would like to see Clem back in season 3 and I just couldn't see Telltale just letting her character fall of the face of the earth considering how strongly the community like the character. considering how much of a cliffhanger the ending of S2 was left on ( alll endings ). But... if there is a chance that Clem wont be in S3 I wouldnt lose my shit as she will probably integrate into the series later on maybe as a grown up Clem or just as she is in S2 which may mean that all endings is S2 lead to the same point in S3 or another series where she appears.
Preach it you must
That was so calming to my soul. Lol. Now I just wish a Telltale rep to say that!
I'm guessing you didn't like Season 1 @jon200547...
Because it wasn't ALL about Clementine, right?
Personally I don't care whether or not she ever returns to the series so long as the story is good.
I'd rather play as a snapped twig than Clementine again
Actually I loced seson 1 more than 2 I liked being her caretaker
Loved
Why
Woopty fucen dew
It might be Alvin
Well y'know a snapped twig could have an interesting backstory and represent something far larger than the surface. I'm pretty sure a snapped twig would also have the same amount of emotion, character and "realism" Clementine had in the second season. Seriously no difference
What do the first 4 letters in the name of yours mean ?????
See your point
Granted I love Clementine but only the one shown in Season 1. Season 2 Clementine lacked believability, realism and any emotion. Basically she was a hyper competent robot designed to do all tasks for a group of dumbasses.
I imagine her as like 18 or 16 making Alvie 5 or 6 in seson 3 Id like to think that she needs a ending or 1 more seson
I see your point butshe was ment to get in your head as an older person or a bad ass I think someone who everyone wonted to be friends
offended noises
My reaction if Clementine isn't protagonist
I don't care what protagonist will be in S3, because I kind don't care much for Clem because she was a horrible protagonist in S2.
I just wonder why all these people who didn't like Clementine, played through Season 2.
It's not that I hate Clementine, It just seems she does almost everything. I List 5 example's why I really did not like to play as her
Alvin sending Clementine to secure and check the cabin for food
Turbine scene
Kenny wants Clem to agree with him all the time
Carlos asking Clem to calm Sarah down when Carlos should be doing that
Clem kicking down a door
Having a 11/12 year old do all this seems.........stupid! Season 2 felt like it was created for a adult Protagonist
PS:the reason I added Carlos and Sarah as an example was cause he should not have depended on a 12 year old to calm her down.
I would really like to play as Clementine again and continue her story as I think there could be a few more seasons to get out of her before they branch off to something new. But I like playing as Clementine and I think this game version is Clementine's story and they should stick with her. There are still gaps in Clem's story that need to be filled. She's too young for us to believe that she's learned all she needs to survive on her own
That being said, if Clementine is not the PC, I will still play. I love TWD and so much time has past since S2 anyway that I'm growing a little detached from Clementine's story (I know, such blasphemy, but I can't help it)
This Michonne rubbish is only a spinoff. Telltale have already stated that. And while I can't be 100% sure Clementine will be the protagonist for Season Three, I'm 99.99999999999% sure she will be.
If not, then telltale better be prepared for bankruptcy. Will they kill their biggest cashcow, no don't think so.
