Oh no I was saying you keep the game but they refund difference between what yo paid and what the sale was, the Steam refund policy considers this to be fair and not abuse of the system, it states this quite clearly.
Still from what I hear it's a hassle so if you don't want to that's fine too, I don't think I would bother for that reason, pretty sure I'd only bother with that with games that don't work on my PC, since I actually have found plenty of those before they changed their refund policy -_-'

Why do people care about the scores of games so much?
Doesn't really affect your enjoyment of the game, plus since it's opinion based a 7/10 from someone can mean an entirely different thing to a 7/10 from someone else, for example to me 7/10 doesn't sound like a bad score at all, it's like above average.
Plus I can kinda get it, while I enjoyed Arkham City a great deal the game was way too long for my taste, in fact I haven't completed it despite having played 37 hours of it and after you've played for that long the relatively simple combat gets really old, I much preferred Asylum which I'm sure didn't last as long but I've cleared twice so I have 46 hours on record, so basically let's pretend I'm a reviewer while I liked both games I enjoyed Asylum (Doesn't mean it's better, just means I like it more than I like City) a lot more so let's say that's a 9/10 so by that logic if I enjoyed City a great deal less than Asylum giving it the same score would feel off, so what's a score that's still positive but shows that I liked it less well 7/10.
In any case after reading the review I don't see anything inherently wrong with it, the person didn't like the Batmobile sections of which there apparently are plenty, they got annoyed at the storytelling and the boss-fights (Which was also a problem with Arkham Asylum), seems like a fair score, besides I particularly understand that bit about not liking how Batman seems to enjoy going around breaking people's bones, I grew up with the old animated series and that Batman wouldn't do that at all and would treat criminals a whole deal better than the Arkham game's do which becomes annoying because they have the same voice actor and I kept expecting him to act the same way he did on the animated series, I still like the games it's just something that annoys me.
In any case if people read the reviews rather than the score I don't think they would complain as much.
Sony announced the Vita as a legacy console now meaning they gave up on it and will only release small games for it like Indie
I played Killzone, Uncharted, TWD, COD,TWAU, Fifa, Football manager, amazing spiderman, unit 13, God Of war 1/2 HD etc All epic games just as good as any Ps3 game on it. They had an Infamous, Bioshock and Uncharted sequel ALL CANCELED
Now they won't make anymore big games when the system has the potential to play Ps3 games instead it plays cheap games for a quick buck even though some indie games I payed are fantastic Hotline, Gucalee and limbo I want some big releases to
