@ellstar I apologize for the inconvenience. After looking over your Support Tool information, it seems that your computer is running below the minimum system requirements to run the game successfully. Where we require a minimum of 512mb of dedicated memory, your computer is currently running at 0mb of dedicated memory. Your computer uses an integrated Intel graphics card, which we do not recommend using for our game, as they tend to run under minimum specs. I recommend either trying to update your current graphics card's drivers to the latest version, and see if you are able to play, or try playing the game on a computer above minimum system requirements if you have the ability to.

I'm having similar problems. Turning OFF full-screen and going to low graphics helps, but it's still pretty laggy. I've updated my drivers. https://www.sendspace.com/file/k2kzt7

  • Yes, the mouse lags in both full screen and windowed mode.

Can you please clarify if you experience the issue in both Full Screen Mode, and Windowed Mode? (You can switch between the two modes using the shortcut (Alt+Enter).

Please also make sure that you try changing the game's resolution and graphics settings to a lower setting from the in-game Settings menu, and see if the mouse cursor movement is improved.

  • It gets better with lower resolution/texture quality. Haven't found the perfect spot between laggy mouse and ugly graphics yet, but I can imagine playing through the game now. Didn't have any of these problems with TWD or TWAU, so this game seems to have much higher hardware requirements.

Please also make sure that you try changing the game's resolution and graphics settings to a lower setting from the in-game Settings menu, and see if the mouse cursor movement is improved.

  • I'm using a Mac and the cursor is still difficult to play with when the graphics and resolution are set to low. Perhaps my laptop doesn't meet the minimum system requirements. Your help would be appreciated.

After looking over your Support Tool information, you should be able to run the game successfully. Can you please clarify if you have tried switching to Full Screen Mode/Windowed Mode by using the Mac shortcut (Command+F), and see if your mouse cursor issue is resolved?

After looking over your Support Tool information, you should be able to run the game successfully. I recommend tryswitching to Full Screen Mode/Windowed Mode by using the Mac shortcut (Command+F), and see if your mouse cursor issue is resolved. You can also try changing the game's resolution and/or graphics settings to a lower setting and see if you are then able to play without experiencing your issue.

  • I have been having this same issue. I believe my graphics card is a bit old, but the affirmation would be helpful.

After looking over your Support Tool information, it appears that your graphics card does not meet the minimum system requirements to run the game successfully. I noticed that it's drivers have not been updated in a while. I recommend try updating your graphics card's drivers to the latest version, then see if you are able to start the game successfully. Unfortunately if the game still does not work, I would have to recommend either playing the game on a system that meets the minimum system requirements, or contacting Steam Support directly for further assistance, or any inquiries regarding refunds or refund requests.
