Sounds weird. So this TV show will also be an as-yet unreleased property? Is Telltale in charge of both the game and the show??
Sounds like the gimmick that Quantum Leap (made by the developers of Alan Wake) is trying to pull off. To me it makes a lot more sense for the Super Show format to work with The Walking Dead since of the properties Telltale's worked on TWD is the most high-profile TV show I can think of.
Super Show is a new game format they announced back in February. It will combine a typical Telltale game and a TV show, which can both be co… morensumed separately or together. Their first game that is a Super Show will also use Telltale's first original IP, meaning that Telltale will create their own universe to tell a story in instead of using a franchise that already exists like Walking Dead, Game of Thrones, Borderlands, etc.
No Telltale won't be handling the TV show side, it's the production company they'll work with (the unannounced partner for the first and Lionsgate for the possible second one).

Am I the only one that misses Luke because I did try to save him...
He could of grabbed his machete from his back and sliced the walker that grabbed him but instead he tries to swim away from the walker, god damn it Luke...
But I still miss him... Anyone else? I can't be the only one.
The walking dead season 3 is giving me SUPER SHOW vibes. Job says that will be a lot bigger and more complex. Which is leading me to believe that we will be getting either a 6 or 7 episode season or a super show walking dead.
If you think season 2 of the walking dead is on the level of Tales or Game of Thrones then you're probably just biased. I love TWD but Tales and GoT are HUGE improvements on Telltale Games. Season 2 was boring and went downhill after episode 3 if you ask me.
Welcome back, I remember you from the TWD S2 days :P
Also they aren't making TWD super shows, we don't actually know yet what their first super show will be about ^-^
Did you guys try to save him or did you cover for him? I tried to save him, I actually knew he was going to die with an injured leg from when he got shot by Vitali.
I saw on the San Diego Comic Con page that they now have information about the Thursday, July 9th schedule that features a panel with Robert Kirkman and it also mentions Kevin Bruner so they could be talking about the Michonne mini series during the panel.
Join panel host Geoff Keighley for a discussion with Skybound Entertainment's Robert Kirkman and David Alpert (The Walking Dead franchise, Outcast) as they celebrate the company's fifth anniversary. Kirkman and Alpert will explore Skybound's various projects that include properties such as The Walking Dead, Outcast, and the company's first feature film, AIR, starring Norman Reedus and Djimon Hounsou. The producing duo will also dive into the bustling world of Skybound Interactive, discussing the critically acclaimed Telltale's The Walking Dead with Telltale CEO Kevin Bruner, and Skybound's upcoming first-person-shooter game, Overkill's The Walking Dead, produced by Starbreeze Studios. Expect exclusive news, special guests, and a first look at the full-length feature trailer for AIR.
They don't normally do live streams but they do live tweets with a video upload at some point after comic con.

I think it's a good thing. There are still fans who never read comics but some of them probably going to in the future.
Didn't know where to put it so I'm putting it here

Edit: How did they mistake Doug with Ben?
I think they accidentally put Doug's name instead of Ben's.
I'm testing out new avatars for now, I think it's time for a switch up :P
But...why... How can you do this with Opal...?

I wish that telltale hadn't put that river there, they made it so easy to kill him
you might not want Lilac to hear that, she'll come in with some tirade about murderous lakes.
I think the real question here is Team River or Team Lake
50 PAGES! ;D
More to come! :P
100 PAGES FOR THE TRAILER!
The correct term is Lake of Stupid.
Screw shipping wars
Let's make way for topography wars
200 pages and more for the game itself.
Did you guys try to save him or did you cover for him? I tried to save him, I actually knew he was going to die with an injured leg from when he got shot by Vitali.
R.I.P. Luke...
300 pages for next seasons trailer!
Children this days... so naive. 800 pages!
500 pages for Season 3 in S3-thread
Sorry I'm a bit late, but I'm definitely considering buying the comics since I've finished season two.
