My apologies, Episode 3 is not yet available for Xbox 360. Episode 3 will be releasing for both Xbox 360 and Xbox One tomorrow, June 24th on the Xbox Marketplace. Make sure to check out the Episode 3 Release Date Discussion Thread for the latest news and info on the release.
It's 6:11 am where I live on June 24th and Tales from the Borderlands Episode 3 Catch A Ride is still not available for download on Xbox 360. I have the Season Pass so I know I have the game any idea what time it will become available?
I checked today as well. I am also playing on the xbox 360 and every time I attempt to download the episode 3 it still says that it is coming soon.
Exactly I tried downloading it at 1:00 am this morning since downloads usually become available an hour after midnight then I tried when I woke up at 6:00 am this morning and got the same coming soon message. This is not fair Telltale needs to get their stuff together and fix this problem.
Tried downloading TFTB episode 3 on xbox 360 as well...still says "purchased...coming soon." It's bad enough we had to wait an extra day after the playstation release, now this!!! Very disappointing telltale!
I agree 100% in my opinion Telltale should have to give us a refund as well as still supply us with the game for free for all the inconvenience that or give us an episode of our choice for free.
This is soooo irritating! Been putting off starting arkham knight for ps4 until TFTB ep 3 is finished. I should have known better than to use the xbox360.
Well now we can't blame Xbox this is Telltales problem.
Yes, it is telltale's issue. It just seems like I always have problems with their games on the 360. Never had an issue on the Playstation with Wolf Among Us or Walking Dead.
I would just really appreciate some sort of an explanation. I have a feeling that the reason why they had xbox 360 and xbox one release on the 24th instead of the 23rd was because they knew they would probably encounter problems like these. Hopefully we all can get a response soon!
So far this is the only game I've had trouble with and I own them all from Jurassic Park to Game of Thrones.
Yeah an explanation would be nice but if they thought they were going to have a problem they shouldn't have put the game out on any system till they could guarantee they could rectify the situation.
Past 10am and still says 'coming soon'.! What the hell telltale! This is bull!! So pissed!

So I checked in the xbox marketplace and although it isn't there, they do have a picture from episode 3 with athena on it. I don't know if this helps, but it is probably a sign that at least something is happening.

I stayed up all night to play TToTB but still no luck.
So are we going to get some sort of compensation for this inconvenience or when the problem is finally fixed are you going to sweep this under the rug and pretend it never happened?
I don't think it's Telltales fault. It's probably the Microsoft people who wanna cater to their next gen users first.
Until I hear otherwise the company that make the product is to blame. If they aren't why haven't they issued a statement about this being Microsoft's fault and cleared their name?
Because Microsoft is their partner, they're not gonna throw them under the bus.
And Telltale is really bad when it comes to things like these. I remember when Thrones Ep2 has a major glitch on Xbox One, they didn't hear anything about it for like 2 days after it happened
I wouldn't care if they were my partner at this point they are hurting my company and I would throw them to the wolfs to save myself.
You realize how much bigger Microsoft is than Telltale? Throwing them under the bus isn't a smart move
But whatever, this is ridiculous. Xbox users always seem to get the worst end of playing Telltale's games, maybe at this point I'll even just start playing them on my phone.
Why must I wait the longest on 360. reviews and saying nice things why can't I have nice things?
Guys, it doesn't help to get pissed off - I'm annoyed too because xbox 360 seems to always have trouble with telltale, but we should just wait for them to figure it out and hope that they can work on helping us in the future.
If anybody finally sees it could you inform us all? I'm not near my Xbox anymore so it would be much appreciated.

All right, so the episode is up on the market place but as soon as you load up the game it still says coming soon. So honestly I have no god damn idea what's going on.
Having the same problem. It was already delayed, and now us season pass holders can't play! I hope it's a quick fix.

Thanks for the info! We are currently working with Microsoft on updating both the individual Episode's availability as well as the Season Pass Episode availability. Can you clarify what country/region you are currently located in?

@TelltaleMike your priority should be fixing it for season pass owners. If you're catering to people buying episodes first most others won't purchase season passes anymore due to us always having problems. If we're entrusting you with our money you should give us a reason to do so.. Now people who don't even have the season pass get to play the episodes we already paid for first, it's not fair and loyal customers will lose faith in you guys
