I ordered a Season 2 Case File a Month Ago, and still don't recieve it!

I'm sure this is not your problem, but I'm also sure this is not the first time it's happened so that why I post it here, maybe you can help me.

I live in Chile, I ordered a month ago the Season 2 Case File, I choose recieve it using USPS First-Class Mail International, and still don't recieve it. The first time I ordered something were the Surfin' the Highway Hardcover Special, using the same system, and I recieve it in 3 weeks (Or 2 plus something... I was way too happy that day to notice exactly the day).

Also, this one has a tracking ticket, the USPS System tell me nothing of where my package is, and the Chilean Postal Service just tell me that package hadn't enter to their system. So, what's gives? Is my package still USA after a month ago? Can you help me out with that? please?

    Hey Ginny,

    While it usually shouldn't take this long (based on your previous experience in ordering stuff from us), sometimes USPS international orders can take up to 6 weeks to arrive.

    If it's not there by the first week of October, we can probably assume it's lost in the mail and ship you a new one.

    A month is really nothing if you've been in my shoes and having mail ordered collector items of games and the horror you get upon recieving it. I've ordered many games I've wanted to keep as a Collector's Item (they were not cheap either), this being sealed and brand new (mostly Myst items but I do collect other adventures as well). SIX!!! in a row, over a year I guess it was, arrived opened (stickers cut for the most and the flap quite bent on a couple) and contents bent, completely useless for what I wanted it for. One of these was (sorry telltale but I do buy yours too) A Vampyre Story Limited Edition (I had to order this from Germany, paid around $125 after shipping) the one with the two figurines showcased in the box. I waited almost 7 weeks for it to arrive and when it did, the narrow piece sticker that keeps it closed on the bottom sure enough was off on one side and flap slightly bent. I was seriously pissed and wanted to punch out customs. Even the person that sent it wrote on the package that its a collectors item (I thought it might keep them from opening it and see its just a damn game and its new!!!).

    Anyways back to the point, its proubly held up in customs like mine have done so and a month is not very long for overseas as well.

    It's not like I'm pissed, is more like I'm perplexed: The Ticket said the the package is still in the Postal office which Telltale deposited it. And I can't do too much, considering I'm not from USA.

    It's annoying I know, but these things are all out of our and Telltales control.

    At least the guys are good enough to send another DVD free of charge outting their faith in us. I'm already on my 7th S&M DVD already :P

    Yep, I'm kind of pleased of how nice the guys here are.

    Their water cooler is in hell and got transformed into a cake. Probably will be more interesting if you some how, summon frogs into their vending machine
