But if its just your everyday Walking Dead zombies, than humans are the main problem (we suck). In the Zombie Apocalypse, or any Apocalypse, Human beings are the most dangerous thing around. They can trick you, and cheat you, and decieve you. The Walkers just roam. They roam, they eat, they move on.
Humans are fast, Smart, they can use guns. We even saw People wear the Skins of walkers in the comics. But there's the worst reason To Fear the living... They let go... They let go of who they once were, they let go of their Humanity, their memories... Everything... and They do it to survive...
Armin Arlert once said that To Change something, you need to abandon something you care about. Even if it is your own humanity. And to survive is to do the same. Sacrifice something, anything, even if it is Your Humanity.
Humans.. Some people are dangerous because they're cruel,savage and strong like The governor but some people are dangerous because they're naive,stupid and coward like Ben.
I think that the answer to this question is bit too obvious as the entire franchise has always been about humans fighting against other humans. The zombie apocalypse just works as a catalyst which makes the humans attack against each other.
Humans. Walkers don't kill their own, don't have the brain power to use strategies, can't use weapons, are normally noisy unless the script calls up it, and the only thing they really have going for them is strength in numbers.
Humans on the other hand are all of the above but worse. Humans the the tactical advantage over practically anything out there, they use weapons, they kill, steal, lie, cheat, etc. And worst of all, they can be unpredictable, at least you know the walkers are going to try to kill you.
So in all, If I were in a one-on-one battle. I'd take the walker any day of the week.

zombies are dangerous but nowhere near as dangerous as a human bandit or something

People, whenever I imagine what I would do in a zombie apocalypse I almost never think about the actual zombies because the people are much worse
