I think Sasha also feels guilty about the whole con thing. August is just complicated because sometimes it feels like he isn't that bad of a person but he also pointed a gun at her so man... I don't know about him.
Next playthrough I'm evacuating his ass! XD
I think they both do like each other, but August is complicated, and Sasha seems to be losing her grip on whether it was real or part of the con

August is a typical Pandoran imo :P Sasha and Fiona aren't bad people either, they have hearts, and I guess that comes through on some of their jobs...
