It's a concept by Telltale games to create a video game and television series, where the majority choices of the game will somehow affect the television show.
Telltale stated that their first game will be an original intellectual property, and that it won't be created in partnership with Lionsgate. During E3, Kevin Bruner said that we'll get news about the Super Show at the San Diego Comic Con.
Since the only panel Telltale is participating in this year at Comic Con is the Skybound panel, it's likely the partner will be Skybound (unless Telltale shows up as a surprise during someone else's panel).
Updates via Skybound's Twitter:
TQ Jefferson from @telltalegames and our own @SeanMackiewicz are coming out to talk about the Michonne… more episodes!
TQ is saying how the series has been working toward having an actual payable character from the comic universe.
Michonne heads into confrontation with walkers. She doesn't hide or shy away like Clem or Lee. So it's a different dynamic.
Sean is saying how story-wise it's a chance to fill in the gaps and also expand the universe.
TQ says Sean told them "this is michonne, don't F it up."
Showing concept art from the game. "This is Michonne out there on her own at her lowest. She is bereft."

Bereft, like we'll be for not having a live-stream of the panel ;_;
Skybound:
We're working with Samsung's Milk VR to create an episodic live-action VR series. Brand new IP.
EDIT: Not Telltale related after all, it seems.
Skybound tweeted (Fan Q&A during panel):
Where will VR take gaming? TQ says telltale isn't working on VR but it engages you in new and interesting ways.

@telltalegames is tweeting now too, so it's possible we might get some info from their twitter as well.

Is Michonne a pirate?
That was it...Concept art and a coming soon...Well I'm disappointed.
The Monkey Dead?
Blind, do you read the comics? XD
Job tell us when we can expect more news.
Oh hey, that guy in the background of the concept art is Pete
The Telltale stuff is over anyway, I guess it doesn't really matter :P
Was that it?
Telltale just tweeted: The Telltale 'silence option' for Michonne can mean a lot more for her than it can for most other characters." #SDCC
Well I was joking about Michonne being a pirate, but I also don't know what the Monkey Dead is, so no I don't read the comics haha.
Skybound keeps tweeting VR
...I'm not sure what's that supposed to mean.
Super Show related, maybe?
EDIT: Not Telltale related after all, it seems.
Tales From Monkey Island + The Walking Dead = The Monkey Dead/
Well the thing is, she kind of is a pirate XD
