I'm not up to date on news for this but I assume this game will be released when GoT and TFTB is finished. Hopefully Tales episode 4 comes in August, GoT final in September and the last episode for Tales in October. So the Michonne series would start in November (late fall)?

Well, 400 Days isn't necessarily linear and Michonne is going to have 3 episodes so it probably will.
But this one is a three episode mini series, while 400 Days was a one episode one off.
It'll probably be Dave Fennoy or whoever they get to voice Michonne.
Dave Fennoy as Michonne would be awesome and hilarious at the same time :P
