We see Christa in the woods during a blizzard. Walkers are surrounding her from all sides, she is surrounded. We see someone come and shoot all the walkers. The person is revealed to be Lilly(fade to black)

Clementine enters a room. There is a man sitting there, he has an eyepatch on. Clementine takes out her gun and points it at him. The man stands up, he speaks. "Clementine, my name is Nick Fury. I'd like to talk to you about the Avengers Initiative." Cue Clemenitne joining the Avengers.
If I would have added anything it would have been another dream of Lee, possibly telling Clem to carry on or Lee judging Clem's decision, I want more dreams of Lee in Season 3, telling us that the almighty Lee is watching our actions.
