For what it's worth, Job has been saying during various E3 interviews that you don't have to read the comics to enjoy this mini series.

I know, but I'm saving up for the mini series and season 3 (well when the time comes)... I'll think about buying the comics in the nearest comic book store in my country (if there is one, I don't go outside that much).
I don't like the comics that much. Every character is unlikeable and the one's that are likeable are killed off (Axel, Morgan, Glenn, Ezekiel, etc.) Michonne is cool at least, and they're just not entertaining to me.
Only for TFTB because of the many jokes that Telltale take fom forum it takes so much time3-3,5 month.
And besides, these amazing games like they take a lot of time to make them awesome. For example, I am willing to wait as much as necessary for a stunning episode. And I think not only me.

I fixed the problem by deleting all of my save files and playing the whole entire season all over again that was a pain but at least I got to play it again (thanks Telltale Mike)...

Or even create a season where we play as Daryl Dixon, finally introducing him to the comic series via telltale and throw in the folk who made it to the show but didnt exist in the comics! lol. Survival Instinct was kinda meh but I'm sure they could write a better Daryl Dixon story.

Try seeing if they're on YouTube for free, that's how I got caught up and currently read them (before they're taken down).
