When I found out there was a Rhyiona thread, I FREAKED OUT. "AN OTP OF MINE HAVING A THREAD? HELL YES!" I was lurking for a bit, checking every few days or so. After episode 3 released, I said "SCREW IT, LET'S TALK." You all were very welcoming to much of my surprise! It made me feel like I was apart of the team!
Then, I wrote my first fanfic ever. I love to write but once I finish it, I never feel like any of my work is good enough to show people, despite being told otherwise by my Literature teacher. -200 likes achieved
-200 more pages in one month (insanity)
-135 total members (sickening)
-The 69 achievements once again, again ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)
-And of course, we've been here for 4 months, or a quarter year which is pretty awesome to think about ^-^
Now I think that's all the achievements for now, instead of going straight to the Rhyiona member of the month, I need to adress something really sad ;____;
Of course, all of you know it as the events that transpired in episode 3. Telltale forgot about us or just ignored us all together and added practically no Rhyiona in episode 3, instead they catered to the Rhyshas. What made this speech so good is just the sentiment of it all. This is a true community and it saddens I've just now decided to be a part of it. I've been a long time lurker, not just with the forums in general but with this thread as well. I've always been a little afraid to share my opinions about topics online. Whether it came to theories, ships, ideas, fabrics or just discussions i never truly felt like I needed to be a part of something.
Until I found this thread.
It wasn't the fact that it was a ship I supported, it was a overwhelmingly positive thread. A thread that appreciated everyone's work no matter what. Respect. and when I first posted on this thread I was greeted with respect. I'm no longer a lurker, scared to be noticed. And I have to thank that to you guys. Thank you.
