Yes. She (Lena Heady) is over twice my age but oh my gosh she looks amazing! I like the way show and game Cersei does her hair, and I personally enjoy the constant scowling. Cersei isn't particularly bright (unless you ask her) but she's undoubtedly nice looking. Oberyn and Stannis are the only other people on the show I've ever been as attracted to.
Not surprising.Cersei was the most beautiful woman in the 7 kingdoms when she was young.
