It has now been officially released on the Telltale store version, PS3&4 in Europe (i'm not sure about America) and on Xbox One, the platforms still waiting for a release are Steam, Xbox 360, iOS and Android.
Because Steam updates at 10am PDT, no exceptions.
And the Episode leaked on the other platforms, at least at first. It hasn't been officially released yet.
Fun fact: Google has a countdown timer. Just type "google timer" into Google and set the time - which at this point, for steam, is 4 hours and 53 minutes.
