I think that your analysis of Fiona is pretty spot on, I don't have much to say to that other than that I agree with you (I'm closed up myself, so I can confirm everything. ). She has a different personality from her sister and handles her feelings differently, which makes a lot of sense from writing perspective as well, especially if they're both supposed to have feelings for Rhys. It makes for a much more interesting dynamic and story. The only problem is that we just won't get any "obvious" moments like Rhyshas until the big reveal.
There is one mistake though, at least in my opinion. Nothing serious, but when she talks about how Rhys fell from the balcony, I don't think she's referring to Episode 3, but to Episode 2. You even mention that scene! The geyser of blood! He was acting very strange and made everyone curious and worried, so it would make sense for her to bring it up. Especially since you get that line no matter who you trusted at the end of Episode 2. It's also a balcony, not an elevator. :P
