Lily was just like Kenny and Campman. Broken people who were good people and did not deaerve anything like this. She stole the Rv not because she wanted the group to die. She stole it to protect the group from herself.
I'm pretty sure she stole the RV because she wanted to survive and didn't give a shit if the group lived or died and not to 'protect them from her'.
She offers to bring Lee along (IIRC) because he was the only one she liked, along with Clementine. She didn't care about the rest and therefore decided that she was the most important person to herself.

She wanted to kill Ben, cause she had a reason (it's hard to trust someone one more time when he betrays you), but Doug… more saved him. His death was an accident. That's why i don't blame her. She just wanted to protect the group. In some tough, odd way, but she cared.
That's just how a lot of people are, I guess. If a character ever acts like too much of a dick, or is just annoying in general, you can kiss any empathy or attempts to understand the character and their motivations goodbye

Seriously, ask a majority of people who hate Duck or Lilly why they hate them, and I'll bet you half of the responses will be either "rrr he was annoying!" or "rrr she was mean!"
Nothing else, no other valid argument or reason for why they're disliked. Just that they're annoying or mean.
Another point is, Lee is a admitted killer, that did the exact same thing in Doug/Carley situation, to leave her at the road is IMO hypocritical. What if someone left Lee to rot in his jail cell instead of transferring him out of the city? Clementine's fate was altered that day.

I'm not sure, I'd like to say shooting is wrong but I'd be a hypocrite due to all the times Lee and Clementine shot people to kill them.
