Wow! Got done with the first episode and really liked it, Kinda hope that RHYS (The main character guy. First I thought it was Jack but the … morename's apparently Rhys...) and Fiona will hook up...ill keep playing later but yeah, I liked it way more than I was expecting to.
Today 35 Hours into MGS Phantom Pain base Done 3/4 of co-ops and half of the story DONE my nephew comes up to visit for two days
Give him a go of my save his 13 I teach him to take over bases and say just do my co-ops missions
I come back 2 hours later and his on the first mission somehow he completely started my save again by accident
He didn't mean to so I didn't want him to feel bad so I just said look play TLOU I'd sort this out later he didn't know he deleted my save by accident
Me: Puts on TLOU for him
Nephiew: Is there anyway I can play it without any cut scenes and skip all the story and just shoot things

Nephiew: I played the first 30 mins before skip all that for me into the second part

I Pinky Promised but I had Loader Bot self-destruct...before I did it I thought it was a good desicion but immediately after I was like "FUCKING Shit...why the hell did I do that...."

I just picked up the first two seasons of Spin City. They tackled pretty much every issue, from gay rights to racism (one of the main characters was a gay black man, who was played as intelligent and sophisticated, which was pretty rare at the time, especially on network television in the United States). And they covered things like publicly available pornography (on public access television in Spin City as this was 1996/1997, if the show was out today it would be on the internet) and even politically correctness.
Even though the show and the characters were quite silly, they handled all of these issues well (they even commented on a transgender person in the first season, without really mocking that person, with Michael J Fox's character simply stating "that's why I love this city"). For 1996, that was a pretty bold thing to do, even if it was just a quick moment.
I really have to see if I can track down the other seasons (at least the other two that Michael J Fox was in). This show is so great.

But as I grew up I began to appreciate stories more often, and when I played TWD it unlocked the feels within. Now I'm more emotionally attached with video game characters and more into the stories.
